It's the same issue with online ordering as a guest. The transaction was successful, and the funds were still pending, but the staff didn't see it. I was told, "that it happens, sometimes." So I tried again for a 2nd time, knowing what to say if they couldn't find the order. The same employees - no order found. Now, they're acting like the system is perfect with no issues, and that's my misunderstanding. The employees are too young to be that nonchalant, leaving you in limbo for a damn sandwich at Jersey Mike's.
