I really appreciate the care the team took with my husband's sub due to his allergy. Thank you so much! taking those extra steps and not coming off as being bothered by it means a lot.
I've been here several times and the food has always been good. My orders have always been ready on time and made correctly. It's a little difficult getting in and out of the parking lot due to the long running road construction. The prices are a little high but if you sign up for the rewards program you get enough points for a free 8 inch sub on your birthday.

Jersey Mike's is always a solid choice. Staff was very friendly and fast, and the place was clean. My sandwich was fixed just like I asked. I love the consistency from store to store.

The 3 gentleman that were working 5/11/2023 were absolutely great.They were slammed with online orders as well as a line in the lobby. They never once appeared to be frustrated, they smiled, answered my questions and were patient with me and my 2 young, indecisive daughters.Since moving here, customer service I'm general has been absolutely TERRIBLE.But these guys?? They were great at customer service.
I do enjoy Jersey Mike's, this is one of my favorite locations in the CSRA. I love that they will do a curbside delivery with this location (super beneficial with a newborn). I went in one day to snag the food and the staff was so helpful when they saw how full my hands were with a baby carrier and all and they jumped to to help me out. Sandwiches are always on point and I love that when I order online and put my modifications in the comments that they always get the order perfectly.

I have been to multiple locations across different states and ALWAYS had great experiences, even refer my friends and family but this location! I have never felt so disrespected and I allowed it to happen on two separate incidents with the same person Colby Quin. I need a corporate number please.

There was an issue with my online order when I got home. The manager refunded and offered a free sandwich due to the trouble. He was very kind and professional. Sandwiches at Jersey Mikes are always great.

Disappointed in my neighborhood Jersey Mike's Sub tonight. How in the world are you out of bread ? at 8pm. When your restaurant closes at 9pm.Kudos ?? to Jersey Mike's Sub #5054 for saving the night. Had to drive to Washington Rd for my wonderful hot Philly Cheese Steak. Kudos to the 2 young Ladies and young Gentlemen that had great customer service as well.
