I don't understand why we went into there to get tuna sandwiches there is no sauces to put on sandwiches they don't put pepper on sandwiches that's crazy if I could it would be rated a 0 because the tuna dressed up with all the veggies you can only taste the veggies on the sandwich ridiculous.

I have to eat a lettuce wrap 3-4 times a week from this location I love it they are pros!! My wrap is always good never sloppy they always make it exactly the way I order it . Very friendly people as well 10/10

Traveling from Atlanta and needed lunch! not sure if its this location or the special they were running but I've never been to a JJ that the sandwiches literally had a slice of meat , all bread and lettuce! Super disappointed in this location. You are ripping off your customers.

Look at your receipt and your sandwich I was up charged for cheese and never ordered it. When I said something to the employee who handed me my sandwich, that I didn’t order cheese, he just walked off. Regret that I tipped these employees.

I've eaten here a few times, value runs on the low scale. I usually order the smallest roast beef sandwich combo which is close to $10. This sandwich is tiny but works for me, just wish it wasn't so expensive. Nothing special in the way of taste for my sandwich. This restaurant does not offer military discounts.
I finished watching a movie across the street and noticed a Jimmy John's in front of me. What I like ordering from the app is the value points you get. I always order the same sandwich. The beach is my favorite toast. I was able to place my order and take my time walking. It was ready for pick up. All of the employees were smiling and having a good time.
