Great dive bar with reasonable prices. Unfortunately, kitchen not open when I visited.

Wheelchair accessibility: NOT handicap accessible. This dive bar and grill is in the basement.

I recently went through a total Laryngectomy Surgical procedure. Before I totally lost my voice due to throat cancer, my brother treated me to a night out. We started the night at Joe's, walked Broad St., shot some pool at another establishment, and ended up back at Joe's as intended. Joe's was the best part of the night! We had the best conversations there! Some of my last conversations with him. Normally, the draft beer & juke box being down would be negatives!!!...

It's old school so I tried to show them some love I wish they were selling the nachos when I went in there that was something special we used to have as far as f and b servers and stuff
