I did a order at the kiosk and it wouldn’t allow me to change it to Mac and cheese so I told them as soon as I ordered it and they wouldn’t let me change and I told them I couldn’t eat the mash potatoes because it has pork in it and they didn’t care

This food was absolutely terrible. The chicken tenders were old and dried out and small. They were inedible. The tenders I received should not have been served. The fries were cold and the biscuits were burnt and hard as well.

STAY AWAY! The employees are so rude. I made a mobile order and was told it would be a 15 minute wait, which is already annoying because I ordered ahead. I was fine with waiting but then I ended up waiting 20 minutes just for the food to be cold and nasty. WTH were they doing for 20 minutes for my food to still be cold and nasty!

Just walked in to KFC and they don't have any chicken cooked, the cook just came in at 5pm no Pot pie's would have to wait 30 minutes, they need to get management that knows how to manage employees, this is uncalled for, not doing their job. This is not the first time I have had this experience.

I ask for a 4 piece tender they gave me 4 big pieces of chicken and when I tried to call all they did was pick the phone up and hang up..I will not be going back there
I ordered the pot pie and it was very good...Great amt of veges in the pie, but not quite enough chicken...I would order again, but be willng to pay a little more for a pie with more chicken..

For no one to be here at lunchtime, the food was hot and the sides were good
I went to this location to order a family meal to take home. Since inflation has occurred the family meals are smaller and you don't get the sides you did with the 20 dollar fill up they used to offer. I received old chicken that had stayed up under the heat lamps. I hope the workers realize that customers can taste the difference. Too many items were put in the bag because the mashed potatoes and gravy spilled out of the container and covered the entire order. I was so missed I had to get my wife to take the items back because I would have shown myself. I hope they get their act together at this store.
