For no one to be here at lunchtime, the food was hot and the sides were good
I went to this location to order a family meal to take home. Since inflation has occurred the family meals are smaller and you don't get the sides you did with the 20 dollar fill up they used to offer. I received old chicken that had stayed up under the heat lamps. I hope the workers realize that customers can taste the difference. Too many items were put in the bag because the mashed potatoes and gravy spilled out of the container and covered the entire order. I was so missed I had to get my wife to take the items back because I would have shown myself. I hope they get their act together at this store.

I don't like kfc outside of their potpies, I only ordered from the app and pushed myself to walk there because of health issues. I don't have a car. I can barely walk. I sat waiting over 30 minutes for extra crispy chicken. 2 breasts to be specific. It took them so long I had to walk back in the rain, worrying about my lower back and heart issues. I had 2 tropical passionfruit lemonades. The guy gave me 2 cups with no lids, only some red stuff and ice and told me I had to add the lemonade myself. I asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get 1. I had to ask repeatedly about my order. I had to ask for lids and cup holder. I asked for sauce for my nuggets and was told I had to pay until he remembered I had nuggets. Other guy who waited over 30 minutes got a free lemon pie. My nuggets I didn't even eat because water dripped into paper bag and lid wasn't on nuggets good. Really bad customer service. I wish I had canceled my order but I was trying to get affordable food I could stretch out for a couple days. Biggest mistake of my life. Hope I don't get sick from walking almost 10 minutes in the rain.

Lots of homeless people hanging in and around restaurants. Panhandling both when you get out of the car and then following you into the restaurant. The staff didn't seem to care and did not discourage the behavior. The restaurant was messy on both sides of the counter. Waited 20 minutes for the food and the order was still wrong.

Very lazy and unprofessional. Called multiple times and it kept ringing then you could hear them pick up then hang up. Ended up going there just for them to not only have a roach in the bag of my food but obviously not answering the phone and then being rude in person. The inside was filthy while I waited for my food so I guess I’m not surprised by the roach smh. Never going to this location again. What’s crazy is I was the only customer inside and they only had one other customer in drive thru. So many workers but no one could answer the phone or clean up?
