Horrible customer service. They never have food in available. I’ve been lied to on multiple occasions about the time that they close. Went there one time at 9 PM and was told they were closed after I drove around and saw the hours on the front door, it said they were open until 10 PM. Drove back around and was told that they didn’t have any of the food that I had come for available. No mashed potatoes and gravy, mac & cheese, not even chicken tenders. Why even have a KFC location if you can’t even serve chicken. This place is a joke. Stay away.

But to top it off we were given old and dark chicken. I will never go back to this location the service and food both were terrible.

I know how it can be to have that last minute customer and having to serve with a smile!, the young lady at the drive through did not have any issues with letting me know i could still order but would have along wait she was very nice and I am truly thankful she didnt turn me away!. The young man tay kept me posted on how long it would take and then even made sure I was straight by topping my drink off before I left! Thanks guys yall its the small things that truly matters!

The we ordered through the drive thru and our food came back burnt and with hair in it.

Employees were very polite and friendly. I made my order and they quickly served it...got and fresh!!! One of the employees even gave me a tip on how to place the same order for future use!!! Very helpful!!!

I did a order at the kiosk and it wouldn’t allow me to change it to Mac and cheese so I told them as soon as I ordered it and they wouldn’t let me change and I told them I couldn’t eat the mash potatoes because it has pork in it and they didn’t care

This food was absolutely terrible. The chicken tenders were old and dried out and small. They were inedible. The tenders I received should not have been served. The fries were cold and the biscuits were burnt and hard as well.
