It took Thirty minutes to get our food. Ordered the festive feast and didn’t get everything with it, they had no drumsticks, ordered a kids meal and didn’t get that, they were out of milk and they failed to give us a different drink even after they asked if we would take a different one

I visited this KFC location and was informed that they were sold out of everything except drinks. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A restaurant should be prepared to serve customers during business hours, especially a major chain known for its food. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better inventory and customer service in the future.

This is the most laziest KFC I have ever been too.They wont cook anything after 7 or 730. I travel a lot and have never been treated like this before. Most restaurants want your money not this one they dont care if they make any money for the franchise, all they want is a pay check. O will tell everyone I work with and they will tell and I hope we put it out of business

Horrible customer service. They never have food in available. I’ve been lied to on multiple occasions about the time that they close. Went there one time at 9 PM and was told they were closed after I drove around and saw the hours on the front door, it said they were open until 10 PM. Drove back around and was told that they didn’t have any of the food that I had come for available. No mashed potatoes and gravy, mac & cheese, not even chicken tenders. Why even have a KFC location if you can’t even serve chicken. This place is a joke. Stay away.

I received bad service. We used the drive thur. The associate started taking our order and as I was giving her my order she began talking over me to someone else without even apologizing. But to top it off we were given old and dark chicken. I will never go back to this location the service and food both were terrible.
