Great Food, Terrible Customer Service from One Employee
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience has stuck with me and I feel it needs to be shared.
The food at this seafood spot in Augusta, GA is actually really good—no complaints there. But unfortunately, one employee’s attitude completely ruined the experience for me and my brother.
I don’t remember her name, but I’ll never forget how unprofessional and rude she was. While I was waiting for my order, she loudly said, “This is the guy I was talking about,” and followed it up with, “We tip around here.” First of all, tipping is optional—not something you demand or shame people over. That kind of entitled attitude is completely out of line.
What made it worse was that I had every intention of tipping on my next visit, but after being called out like that, there won’t be a next time. You don’t know people’s financial situations, and making assumptions or comments like that is beyond inappropriate.
To top it all off, I noticed multiple staff in the kitchen staring at me, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and targeted. It was just me and my brother—not a big party, not a problem customer. Just two respectful people grabbing food.
The food may be good, but that one individual’s behavior made the customer service absolutely disgusting. If not getting tipped once throws you off that badly, it might be time to rethink the job. Humility and professionalism matter—especially in customer service.

From the building to the dirty bathrooms and the no air conditioning. The only thing I cannot judge is the food because after 1:30 minutes waiting for are food we stood up and walked out.

Kitchen Kings x Natta’s Sweet Treats is hands-down my favorite restaurant!
I ordered the seafood boil, mac and cheese, fried ribs, salmon, and chicken wings — and every single bite was amazing. The flavors were on point, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they put love into their food.
The vibe is casual and comfortable, and the service was fast and super friendly. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in, and they treat you like family.
This place is a 5-star gem. I’ll always keep coming back — if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out!

The food was very delicious! Customer service was not so great, it could have been because of how crowded and busy it was. The young lady taking my order would continually walk off before I was through talking, no excuss me or anything. I had the fried ribs in special sauce, Mac in cheese and green beans. All of it was fresh and delicious. I just wish the service was better!!

I got the steak and shrimp first of all it's the lil steak you get in the bag from Sam's over some regular yellow rice for $25 and I ordered green beans and fried corn yall when I tell you this food was so dissatisfying from the presentation to the taste you'll be better off wasting your money at McDonald's. Kitchen kings is a joke. (P.s. the cake was 10/10 your pastry chef needs her own thing )
Visiting from out of town. Loved everything I ate and the vibe felt like home.

Been wanting to try this place but I then I read the menu, sweet tea $2.25, no free refills. No way I’m spending $2.25 every time I need a refill. I like to eat and drink some tea.
Everything we had (catfish, fried corn on cob, dirty rice, fried green beans, and shrimp) was a 10/10. Perfect seasoning and cooked to order. The desserts (brownies and chocolate chip cookies) were just as pleasing.
