I have been here multiple times. The employees are very rude. They make you feel rushed and are very loud and vocal with disrespect.
I went through the drive thru this morning so I didn’t have to experience that as bad. My children and I got home and started eating the donuts and 3 of us found hard silicone rubbery pieces in our donuts! I have no idea what it was but it 100% was not edible. Extremely disappointing knowing I spend nearly 17$ on 12 glazed donuts to be thrown away.

Went on Sunday around 5pm. The worker in there actually made me feel bad for coming. She was rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was a half dozen which she laughed at me for wanting. She was also on the phone with someone and talking to them while also helping me. I can only assume they were talking about us or something inappropriate because the worker told her friend she couldn't say that outloud.. way to expensive to have such a bad experience. Will not go back to that location as the reviews all say the same thing... she should be let go.

Very unprofessional placed an order on Jan. 22 and I got to the store and it was closed so waited till the next day to contact the store and they told me to wait a couple days for refund, I did that no money came back, fast forward to the 25th I-go into the store to talk to the manager and she tells it’s nothing she can do and I can dispute the transaction with my bank I’m sorry that was a very inappropriate response because, banks don’t give money back because Krispy Kreme wasn’t open but the online system is still taking orders this issue need to be resolved asap!

I love Krispy Kreme. Couldn't go in because they were understaffed. Didn't like having to go thru drive thru plus I drove ,20 miles .I remember ever Krispy Kreme built in Augusta Georgia.
Parking: Going to call before I go next time to make sure they're not under staffed And not open until 2,pm. I don't like going through to drive through

Went to KK the other day at 2:30 pm. People standing around employees and friends I guess laughing and talking. The donut case was practically empty ! Only about 6 variety of not popular choices. Not even glazed!! No cooking going on and didn't seem to care about no selection. Just left Management needs to do better job if they care about their business.

So I tried to give this place another chance this morning after several instances of them being rude. I walked in and started to order I was then asked how many donuts…I don’t know I’m looking for what I want, so I say I’m not sure. They say is that all? I say no, then the guy walks off. The lady Ludmila then asked is that all you wanted I said no, she said- how many donuts do you want so I just picked the 2 donuts right in front of me because they kept rushing me and Ludmila was very rude and very poor customer service. This place is also expensive.
