Order one of the deals on the mobile order, and went to pick up my order, the girl at the window gave me one box and not the other box that had the deal, didn’t even bother to mention to me that they were out of it but have it on the website the dots,I got a refund with my bank will not be going here again

Service was fast, accurate and the Manager was amazing. I got all of the Harry Potter themed donuts and the rest original glazed. All of them were great, I know. I ate them all🤣😂

I have fought with this High tech app that NEVERS WORKS AND RUDE EMPLOYEE refused to help me. The other morning when I through I kept trying to tell another employee to add my points to my account she was too busy slamming the window shut in my face and go assist other customers. Brilliant high tech IT department needs to get their crap fixed. So no more Krispy Kreme for me. With all of the multiple bad experiences I will avoid all Krispy Kremes nationwide at all costs. No matter how good food is multiple bad experiences and rude employees and websites and apps that never work will turn me against a company for life. Quit sending promotions that don’t work. I have deleted the app and my account. No more Krispy Kreme for me. Maybe employee this past Wednesday has mastered the slam the window shut in customers’ faces by now and will train other employees how to master that skill as well. Not to mention Krispy Kreme prices are ridiculously high and go up every day.
