Just wanted anyone who reads this to know that I've never been to a Krispy Kreme before and I must say it was an absolute pleasure! I brought my 2 sons in to watch the donuts getting glazed because weve never seen it before and unfortunately they must have just finished. They noticed us waiting and went out of their way just to put some more on the belt for us to watch. They also gave my sons a fresh hot donut right off the belt as soon as they got done and it was such a treat for them. The employees were soo nice and my sons loved the entire experience! After watching them get made we couldn't wait to buy a couple dozen. We left there with smiles on our faces warmth in our hearts and hot fresh donuts! Always so nice to leave a buisness happier than when I walked. Something that was supposed to be a little surprise turned into something truly special. Thanks for helping me make memories with my sons and being the highlight of our night!

My experience was horrible! I came in asking for a job I was told there was a decorating doughnut job available the ladies demeanor was nasty but I figured she was just having a rough day. I kept coming for about 3 months with no results and I which she would have just said we are not hiring instead of waisting my time. Finally I called a month later and a higher up manager answered the phone and he was more positive but then at that time I was offered a better job. She claimed later that she called me but she couldn’t reach me. Apparently my phone was off. She seem to be mad about that . I feel if she would have not waited 3 months to reach out to me then maybe she could have hired me just very unprofessional and showed horrible leadership skills. It’s like they have their own pick they prefer down here in Augusta.
Only obtained item via drive -thru. Stadf appeared courteous. Obtained order. Very satisfied with encounter.

I went through the drive-through on September 21 and I ordered a glaze donut and a chocolate cream filled doughnut and as you see, there was no parchment paper Was not used I hope the server picked up my donuts with a thong, but usually they have it separated by parchment paper. I didn’t want all of my chocolate on the inside of the bag.

Went at 9 p.m. They were out of 2 of the 3 doughnuts I requested. They could not give me the latte or hot chocolate I wanted because the machine needed to be cleaned. Coffee had to brew. I asked for whatever drink was available, and the workers smirked and did not come back to the window for 5 minutes. Terrible service, cold donuts.
