The manager and staff were awesome. They were having some difficulties with the intercom so we had to order at the window. So we had to wait about 10 minutes. But it was worth the wait because everything came out hot and freshly cooked. And nothing is quite like a Krystal's burger when it's hot and fresh.
Dear Manager: I would like to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the restroom facilities at your Krystal location on Walton Way in Augusta, GA.
For the past ten days, the restrooms at this location have been blocked off by tables with a handwritten sign stating “Out of Order,” making them inaccessible to the general public, including individuals with disabilities. This situation has caused significant inconvenience to your patrons and raises concerns about compliance with local and state regulations.
As you may be aware, the Georgia Department of Public Health’s Food Service Regulations (Chapter 511-6-1-.07) mandate that restrooms must be accessible to both employees and customers, ensuring they are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Additionally, the Augusta-Richmond County Code of Ordinances (Title 7: Buildings and Construction) includes provisions for public accessibility, ensuring that restrooms in public establishments like restaurants are accessible to all patrons.
Furthermore, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design require that public restrooms be accessible to individuals with disabilities, including features like accessible stalls and appropriate signage.
The current situation at your restaurant may be in violation of these regulations, which could potentially lead to penalties or other enforcement actions. Although my child thought it was decent. I disagree 100%.
It was sloppy, and the meat appeared to be severely unappealing. This was the 1st & last time visiting this establishment. I would rather buy the White Castle's burgers from the frozen food section at Walmart than eat this again.
