I used the app to place an order and was very pleased to find my food ready, waiting, and FRESH when I arrived. The Krystal burgers (made-to-order) are my go-to every time. The service is always great, with the cashiers giving a warm greeting and genuine smile. Bravo from start to finish!

Placed an online order at 12:46 AM on 9/6/2025. Hours say you're open at that time and yet here I am for pick up and yall are closed. How do I get my $50 back? Correct your hours. Unprofessional and a total waste of time. I dont have Krystal in my town and was passing through. Absurd yall are holding $50+ of my money for this nonsense. Please refund my money now.

The cheese burger was very good. I heard about Krystals in movies and songs, and on a trip to Augusta Georgia, I finally 6 a store. So I went in. The staff was warm and friendly. Service was smooth, but I wounder about if it would take a long time if it was busy, since i was the only one there at that time. I ordered 3 double cheese Krystals. $14! I am a bit surprised with the price because they look just like White Castles (New York) they tasted great! But I thought the price was a bit high. Now i have not been to a White Castle in YEARS, so the price could be the same??? But I doubt it.

Went through the drive-thru no one answered drove to the window and nothing this was around 10pm went to drive away and saw the guy in there with his headset on and looking at his phone. My way of thinking is you don't want to work and then quit. Manager should fire them both and start over. You probably wondering why you have no sales at night well that's why
