I used the app to place an order and was very pleased to find my food ready, waiting, and FRESH when I arrived. The Krystal burgers (made-to-order) are my go-to every time. The service is always great, with the cashiers giving a warm greeting and genuine smile. Bravo from start to finish!

The cheese burger was very good. I heard about Krystals in movies and songs, and on a trip to Augusta Georgia, I finally 6 a store. So I went in. The staff was warm and friendly. Service was smooth, but I wounder about if it would take a long time if it was busy, since i was the only one there at that time. I ordered 3 double cheese Krystals. $14! I am a bit surprised with the price because they look just like White Castles (New York) they tasted great! But I thought the price...

The manager and staff were awesome. They were having some difficulties with the intercom so we had to order at the window. So we had to wait about 10 minutes. But it was worth the wait because everything came out hot and freshly cooked. And nothing is quite like a Krystal's burger when it's hot and fresh.
