OMG 🥰 The late night manager I forgot her name but she was amazing, she was literally working her butt off, by herself, doing her best to get guests In and out!!! She is definitely the only reason that I will return to this location I was just getting off of the road and my huge U-Haul hungry doing a 7 hour trip. She must seen I had had enough and was exhausted. She's definitely an Angel 😇

The food was cooked so fresh and the staff was so very helpful and nice. When u come to Augusta I always stop by. However, it was leaking water all over the floor and dripping from the celling.

Waited 15 mins on 3 Krystal burgers an 2 chilli cheese pups. Upon me asking what the hold up was she said she forgot to add onions not acceptable at all. They got to get it together burger was cold cheese wasn't melted on chilli cheese pups.

Nice job here at this crystals, they listened and did not rush through the intercom service. I ordered a sack full 12 with cheese and loaded fries. Always the same menu crystals rarely adds to a proven menu. I would recommend this place compared to the others in this area

Worst customer service. Just rude. No greeting or “can I take your order?” All you heard was “direct change or card”. I’m confused and asked “are you ready for my order?” Again just “ direct change or card”. Poor customer service skills. Then after the order was taken which was a scrambler combo, I asked for condiments (butter) and she said they didn’t have any. The other male staff at the drive thru register like they want to fight to with a mug on his face! Been here several times before and the other workers definitely have better customer service than this.

Too much mustard on my burger and hard bread also the place need to be updated. Please invest some money or convert to drive thru only like checkers.

I understand it's the holidays but I'm not the one who applied for the job knowing you may have to work holidays. Short women with hazel eyes with hair shaved off had a COMPLETELY BAD ATTITUDE i asked did they still had the 4 for 5 and she completely went off ITS ON THE MENU AINT IT ah ma'am apparently you have not looked at you guys drive Thru menu half of it has been missing since the storm, but still had a bad attitude once I got to the window. Face expression clearly not her day. READ APPLICATION BEFORE YOU ACCEPT A JOB because if I was not in the holiday spirit it would have went left. Merry Christmas and I know this review will change nothing. Won't be going back to this location
