This is the only Krystals restaurant we will go to from now on. Originally from Memphis Tn, I grew up eating Krystal's, and we had about 5 locations. Since moving away, I find that these resturants are few and far between them, mainly a staple in the south. We drive through often from NC and we stopped at this particular restaurant and have so 4 times from October 2024 till now and every time they have the best burgers and fries, the resturant is very clean and the employees are so kind and respectful. I get surprised when I find service as good as this because it's just not common anymore. My husband commented and was impressed, and he is seldom ever impressed by any fast food. The 3rd time I came through, the manager was at the window, and I let him know how great of a team he has even when he isn't there. I hope this reaches corporate and they recognize these young people and all their staff there as they deserve the recognition 👏

Ok..so the facility is a bit dated and needs some freshing up but I got the sampler which the cashier was kind enough to suggest as I was asking tons of questions..everything came out hot fresh and very good...tots were crispy, the slider burgers were what I remembered as a child..Apple turnover was hot and good..the mini cheese chili hotdog was also very good..guys it's a place you crave or you don't...don't be expecting a Michelin rating on the door..

Stopped by after covering a shift at a local client and craved cheese Krystals. We were staying nearby overnight and had the pleasure of being served by Aaron at the drive thru. He was outstanding- great energy, helpful, and just an all around awesome human! Please give him the pay he deserves because he’s an asset to your location. Employees like Aaron are one in a million so treat him well. As an HR manager, you can take my word for it. Promote this young man because he’s a natural leader and a phenomenal talent.

Food was hot, and came out fairly quickly. There were no other customers in the restaurant, but they had me holler my order back to the kitchen. That's likely how it ended up wrong. Ordered a sackful with no cheese, and got back on the road and pulled them out to find a dozen with cheese. Krystal burgers are not the same with cheese. Tots and Chicks were great. But when did Krystal get so pricey? Now I know why I only get them when I travel. $40+ for what I got will make you forget about nostalgia.
Dietary restrictions: For lunch, there are no good options for diabetics. I would avoid.
Don't come here between 5:00 am to 5:15am. The computer is always down
