Just tried to order at Krystal and there was only one person working. The person in front of us had been waiting over 45 minutes in the drive-through. we left and so did several cars behind us because I let them know it was only one person working. Shouldn’t you just close the store if you only have one person working?

Thank God!!! An Employee from washington road is located at krystal on peach orchard rd. Not to brag but to the manager that hire all her/him employees on washington road she has the best team. They all smile, the talk and laugh, order always correct and if I need assistance they will recommend something. But this lady here i remember from being in the window she does her thing she jumps from the window to front counter to kitchen back to the window. And if she feels like we are impatient she tells jokes, talk her stuff and always have me smiling in the morning even when I dont wanna be at work. When I heard her voice I had to make sure it was her so I pull to the window and it was her talking about ooh im cheating on washington road lol I didn't wanna make that drive sorry washington road but when I found out its her she made me laugh the whole night I had to order another 12 with cheese cause I know its gonna be fresh. I miss her in the morning but now the she over here at night I hope she can get this store like washington rd. I gotta tell my co workers to come show her some love like we do in the mornings. If your manager sees this tell them they put one of the best workers and one that makes people laugh and serve hot food you know I'll be back right after I leave krystal on washington road continue doing what you do and never let anyone get under your skin. I love talking to you continue to make us customers smile even when you dont want to you do an amazing job

Waited 20 minutes for a double cheese Krystal combo with onion rings. Food was ok but no explanation why it took so long . Especially because at the time there was only one car in front of me. Service was indifferent. They could have at the least interacted a little so I would have at least known what was going on. Onion Rings were fine but the price for the meal was higher than expected. I probably could have gotten a little better quality and service someplace else for that price.

The young lady Denika assisted me and my son right before lobby closed with great customer service and recommendation the junkyard fries 10/10 we dont have crystals in columbia so this is always worth the drive for my childhood fave. I also tried the bacon cheese Krystal burger this time bacon so crispy made my favorite slider 10x better. Of course I will be back and did mention piping hot fries 🍟 😋
