Service was fast, the food was wonderful everything nice hot and fresh. Would definitely come back. I only give 4 because the prices have went up, a #1 now is 11.09 but I know that's because everything else is going up. Besides the prices I'm very pleased with my visit ☺️

Don't Ask to talk to the owner as they WILL NOT CONTACT YOU!!! As a retired military member, I have insomnia and sleep apnea! Drove to this place for a sack full of Krystals from Columbia,SC, as we don't have them here! Ordered 24 in a large bag, extra mustard, onion, and pickle! Big boned girls at the window, I could hear two of them, were joking with the people in front of me! After I paid, the girl asked if I objected to cheese as the cook had accidentally added cheese! Rather than wait for him to remake them I agreed! She presents the bag,I drove away! I, about half way home I realized she only gave me 12 instead of 24! Though, they had cheese and no extra as I had ordered! As I had one in the car, I also realized hard and crunchy bread and dry meat is not normal! She simply gave my someone else's old food2! Shame on them, girls were great at the window flirting and playing the whole time! Just not so good about order accuracy! I didn't pay attention, and it bit me in the aze!

First, why are the Krystal’s restaurants so dark at night ? They appear to be closed, but aren’t. It’s very dangerous to get out of your car with the parking lot so dark ….. it doesn’t make sense. I asked the restaurant on Washington what was wrong with their lights and she said they don’t come until later. That’s crazy. It’s nighttime !!My recent visit to the Walton Way restaurant in Augusta Georgia was horrible. I sat at the drive thru for awhile, finally driving up to the window where no one was working. I drove around the restaurant twice. I saw an employee sitting in the eating area. I drove back up to the drive thru and blew my horn, he finally came over reluctantly. I asked him if they were closed and he mumbled something. He took my order and when I got home the buns were hard around the edges which tells me they had been prepared for awhile and left on the grill.What is going on with this location?
