My husband and I have come in a few times and Ming has been the one to take care of us. The service has been impeccable. Each time, she has gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Been eating here since moving to Augusta in 2010. Never ever disappoints!!! Its become a family tradition for gatherings and celebrations. The yum-yum sauce is amazing!Love the owners and staff. They've literally watched my children grow up. ❤Features: Mask recommended.

I was told when we were seated kids meals came with a drink. When time to pay I was charged for a drink. The waitress said the owner wouldn’t do anything to remove the charge so I asked to speak with her. We are frequent customers and never have issues. She argued with me and basically told me it was my fault for the mishap. I told her I could tell her waitress was new. After debating with me, she took the drink off. Hate to say it but my family won’t be back. We couldn’t even eat our side salad due to the amount of salad dressing they put on it, and the soup was a greenish color that looked extremely odd. Definitely not what we are use to.

I violently threw up after eating their sushi... things I usually eat at sushi places. This was a concern but yk I just thought my body was the problem. No. I ate the left overs just to make sure and yup, threw up again. I'm definitely not pregnant nor am I sick so??? I ate the hibachi I ordered but something was off with the chicken; it did not taste like chicken to me and the cuts of the meat were suspicious. Even my greedy cats wouldn't eat the chicken and they eat EVERYTHING (boiled it for them to get the seasoning out and everything).... What is really going on here? I only give y'all two stars cause the rice and veggies were somewhat edible.

Excellent food as always, but there seemed to be less filling vegetables in the hibachi today. Maybe because I ordered off the discounted lunch menu. Price was unbeatable though.

Superb service everytime I ate at kyoto japanese cuisine! The menu is very extensive with a lot of great options one of those places that you get excited about going back to try something different each time bc you know everything is prepared correctly and delicious.

In my opinion, this is the best quality sushi place in Augusta, GA. The rice quality is definitely the best. Today I ordered the Red Dragon Roll and Yum Yum Roll. I normally get the yum yum roll with hibachi grill (Fillet Mignon and Scallops). First time dining in the establishment. Great vibe and very quiet area to enjoy lunch. Service is great even when busy during lunch hours. Definitely worth coming here for quality sushi. Always wonderful to come back to this location. Love this place!
Always get the Bundle Box, a little bit of everything. Great sushi. Fast and courteous service. Reasonably priced.

Just curious how this ended up in my sushi roll today? I normally frequent at Kyoto but this will definitely change that. I could’ve hurt myself, considering it was wrapped up in my roll. Had I not bitten down on it, I might have swallowed it. Shame on you Kyoto.
