Today was a horrible experience! I made this place the only mexican spot in Augusta i ate at for years. I think its time for a divorce. Poor food quality after waiting 15mins. very unusual for this place! They definitely prepare the food differently. I've told so many of my friends and family about the Great service and quality food this place *HAD* smfh. im a trucker so I've had foods from over 60 mexican places as far out as California. La Michoacana was on the top of my list NOT ANY MORE !

Went there to see if they have bread they use for tortas. I wanted to purchase some. No one spoke English, I asked for the correct thing and they looked at me like I had two heads. They also laughed about it too. I almost didn’t purchase them, but I am making them at home. I know it is a Mexican restaurant, but they need someone that speaks a bit of English. I probably won’t return, it made me feel so out of place and an outsider.

This was a deeply concerning experience. I attempted to inform the main manager about two incidents that occurred on consecutive days, with the second being more complex and carrying significant implications. However, it quickly became apparent that there is a fundamental lack of any clear procedure for even basic communication or for handling important information. My attempt to report these issues was met with dismissal, leaving me with the distinct impression that there is no established system in place to properly receive and address such matters. This absence of necessary protocols is troubling and raises serious questions about how important issues are managed. One star reflects the profound lack of essential procedures.
For the sake of the entire community, I sincerely hope to see a commitment to developing and implementing clear procedures for important matters, moving forward without focusing on blame.

Me and my friend came and ordered two separate tickets, her burrito was nasty and had no flavor she didn’t even eat it and they said they were going to give her a refund still haven’t called her. My nachos that I ordered was sitting in soup, chips were soggy and it was just unbearable to eat, and since it was almost hitting $20 for nachos and 17$ for a burrito we called to try to give them the food back and get the refund they refused to give me one, we threw it away and they wanted us to bring it back, even when the employee saw how much soup I dumped out and gave them back both the burrito and nachos. So many other things went wrong but I looked over it and just didnt want to make it an issue, but after getting soup nachos I indeed did want my money back. Still no refund for my friend or myself. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Literally look at how much soup came out and still had more !!!

I hope those 6 dollars serve you well, 6 dollars ain’t nothing to me, is not even about the money is about yall straight lying to me facing saying yall only charged me 39 dollars and couple cents . “the app has a fee” well your app had already charged me a fee. even had the courage to show you my bank account statement. I had ordered 3 paletas and only got 1 because according to you guys “app charged you for one” when the app, email and statement says “3” and not just one . Will not be going back. Those 6 dollars don’t do me any good, thank God I have more money to go back and do business somewhere else.
