The food was ok. I ordered the French toast platter with a scrambled egg that came fried and chopped up and 2 wings. My food came out in sections, the French toast then 5 mins later the egg. I did not get the wings til 32mins after I placed my order. We were done eating by this time. My French toast was not cut or drizzled like I seen online and told by the server. I’m giving 4 stars because the food wasn’t bad just nothing special. However i was disappointed with the time my wings came out. There weren’t a lot of people there for brunch either.

Great atmosphere!!! I had the pleasure of being served by Duke and he was amazing!! He made sure my party was taken care of and served the best drinks. I will recommend this place, especially if Duke is serving!!
I was there last night. I started at the door. No hostess and no one to seat us. Stood at the door nearly 10 min waiting to sit while servers just walked by. Finally sat and after an hour we had no food only one round of drink. Beer was room temp at best. Had to a get little belligerent to get the ball rolling on my meal. My catfish was salty but not the worst and the wings were good. There was a bar crawl that night so the bar was backed up but that's no excuse for the food and all of them had drink after drink. Most likely won't go back and will encourage other not to bother. It's sad to say cause it's a nice vibe and nice place,but your service is garbage for what I paying. Which is still no excuse

The server himself did a GREAT job. However the food took over an hour + to come to our table. EVERYONE was unsatisfied with their food. One person never received their wings & the manager tried to send them out in a to go box. Who was very rude and dismissive of our complaints. He didn’t want to take accountability for anything, instead he tried to blame our server. And he became very combative. Rushed us to pay & put us out while being argumentative. Lenox use to be one of my favorite spots here, but I’ll NEVER visit this establishment again! They really dropped the ball with the new menu changes and that new manager who acts as if he’s the owner. I don’t see this place being in business too much longer as long as he’s in charge. The only positive thing about our evening was our server Duke. I’m very disappointed Lenox, everything with exception of our server was HORRIBLE!!! Do better

I was there 10/13/24. Everything was going good until we noticed too many problems. Too many flies. Employee bringing groceries through the front door which he got out of a White Mercedes SUV. Food and drinks took forever. My Midnight Long Island was not good at all. Ordered the breakfast tacos; did not receive the grits so I had to get them to go. One crab cake was priced $6.50 on menu I believe I was charged $8.75. When I asked about it employee says they know the prices are different but can not change the price to reflect menu. Bottomless mimosas were not available because of no containers, no French Toast so PANCAKES was my alternative. Employee knew what they had and didn't have but could not inform me before hand about the prices and about them being different. The whole restaurant staff looked tired with low energy. My hostess became the server and then the bartender. He did the best he could but JUSTIN was overwhelmed.

The food is excellent at Lenox. We have eaten there several times and we were never disappointed. The menu is fresh and creative. Overall, the food is above the standard fare in downtown Augusta.
Vegetarian options: The menu is changing so I’m not sure if the vegetarian items will be available. I lived there “corn ribs” and the Brussels
The server was nice. Visited for brunch, the food was terrible. We really tried to enjoy, the food took about 1 hour to come out, food was raw( chicken). The waffle was not cooked all the way through, the eggs were square, not sure why. I think the owner / management should consider sitting down with a restaurant/ management consultant. I had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures because my phone died.
The Bad: 1. There was a bug in my coffee ??? It was served in a glass mug and I didn’t notice until after I took a few sips and saw something stuck on the inside of my cup. I scooped it out and confirmed. It looked like a small mealworm.
The waiter was apologetic and removed the coffee from the bill. However, I expected more to be done.
2. There were items on the menu that we were told they didn’t serve, like lemonade and apparently the tapas menu items.
3. The food was bland. The chicken was fried well, but lacked flavor and the waffles had good flavor, but they were very dry.
The good: 1. music selection was nice (90’s R&B) and was played at a good level where we could still hear one another. 2. The waiter was nice. 3. The location is good.

If they learn to be more efficient at awareness of new customers after being seated, it could really help with the overall experience. Waiting 15-20mins after being seated is really pushing it to just be acknowledged after being seated. This may be due to undermanning issues. Fix that challenge and you get more consistent cx's.
The whole experience was great! Duke our waiter was so helpful and engaging. We had the steak and potato bowl, and the salmon, shrimp, and grits. Both items were amazing!!
