Chelcie was VERY polite! Very. She was very patient and understanding. A few customers gave her a hard time and she remained professional and very very patient. I just couldn’t fathom the disrespect she received for something out of her control and she stayed positive and even encouraged her coworkers to remain positive. The location was VERY busy! Chelcie handled it with ease. She definitely needs to be in management over the location. Rodney the gentleman that prepared the pizza was very focused and not personable. When issues would come about he’d remain focused and kinda ignored the team. Chelcie continued to try to communicate effectively so things would go smoothly but he lacked the interest. “Liyah” the young lady who worked side by side with Chelcie was NO help. She made sure Rodney was calm throughout the time I was in the location instead of the front counter service. I believed she was to slice the pizza but she ate chips most of the time. Please please look into Chelcie for management. And oh yea I had to wait 20+ mins. on ONE PIZZA I ordered online.

I tried calling them while I was at home and nobody answered. Tried purchasing online and it told me to call because it was having problems processing my payment. Got to the store and ordered and just out of curiosity rang the phone using my cell phone. They don't even have the ringer on. And refused to answer the phone when I asked him about it. Kept saying we're too busy to answer the phone. They just don't want to work. They were not too busy.

I ordered the pizza puffs they had no sauce in them and were cold. On top of that the pizza i order had pineapple on it and the pineappple was expired tatsed sour this was my first and last time coming here. Customer service was great but they gotta do better with the quality of thier food

Walked in to place an order. One of the employees watched me and 2 other customers come in. We’re standing in line and she decides to say out loud y’all can stand there and look at me all you want. I’m not taking orders. Mind you there 6 or 7 more ppl standing around waiting for there orders. Still trying to figure out what warranted that behavior. If she didn’t like or wanna do her job she would’ve just went home or find another.

This is what they advertise, and this is what I got! ?? Even though I was compensated a pepperoni, pizza and cheese bread, having to return did not make me feel any better! I am a frequent customer at this location because I usually am satisfied with my order! But the response to why the puffs turned out that way did not line with the advertisement of these puffs!

The parking spaces are very small the chunks in the road 🛣️ is annoying. But other than that it's a good place to buy delicious pizza 🍕. Customer service is average and I've had zero issues with this restaurant.
