We just left there and asked the white girl who was up front of the pizza was cold or hot and that I wanted to be sure I had three fresh out the oven pepperoni pizzas. We live not even a mile passed Hillcrest cemetery and came straight home and these pizzas are cold and already getting hard like it's been out the oven a WHILE
I'm seriously considering not returning bc this is a reoccurring issue there at this location. Shame on you little Caesars and the girl!! We was hungry now can't eat it and don't have a way there to take it back and stuck with cold pizza that'll not get ate here. Do not expect good service or hot food

I visited this Little Caesar’s location at 4:22 PM and didn’t receive my order until 5:02 PM — a full 40 minutes later. During that time, I noticed multiple customers who arrived well after me (5–10 minutes later) receiving their orders before mine, which was both confusing and frustrating.
When my food was finally ready, I politely asked for a few sauces, thinking they might offer them as a courtesy given the long delay. Instead, I was charged nearly $2 for them, which felt inconsiderate given the circumstances.
I understand that busy periods happen, but clear communication and fair order handling go a long way in maintaining good customer service. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing and did not meet expectations. I hope management addresses order efficiency and consistency moving forward, as I’ve had better experiences at other Little Caesar’s locations.

Service was very friendly and fast. I love that I didn’t have to wait forever for my food and I would definitely use this location more often. I forgot the girls name who was cleaning the parking lot but she was also very nice and helpful.

The two girls that are on Night Shift that mostly on the counter one of them is a white girl with a tattoo on her hand, and the other one is a black girl with dreads, Them to really work hard to make sure everyone is satisfied I seen both of them running back-and-forth doing different positions and helping everyone as best as they could and they were very friendly. They’re doing an amazing job.

Every single time I come in they literally have no hot and ready pizzas and are always behind no matter what the time is. I always have to wait at least 20 mins for pizzas. I thought part of the point of them was for hot ready fast pizzas……
They got the lights on but ain't nobody home. Meaning it says open but it's nobody in the store when they open supposedly at 10:30 in the morning. Worst Little Caesars in all of the CSRA

I ordered over the phone when I went to pick up my order they couldn't find it and then they gave me someone else's order. Their service was horrible. I deserve some coupon. They were wrong and awful with my order

The employee Sam was the only employee one working both making and taking orders. No manger stepped into help him but instead stayed in the back and went outside to smoke while a line was in front. Sam is a great work but the managers even the Gm are completely unprofessional and have horrible customer service.
