My kids love the new location & so do I the store is clean & the staff are very respectful & nice they also let you know if your order gonna take extra time. They should have been moved here on wrightsboro I love it I get my pizza fast & hot & if I ask for extra sauce to go with my cheese bread I get that to no extra charge. I love it.

I received everything accordingly but you don't get mariner sauce with your bread sticks!!!! I had to pay extra with a $30 order. Sucks I had to eat cheese sticks with no sauce. Come on now ridiculous

Had a $10 gift card, tried to use it and it kept saying invalid. I called the number in the store and it was verified but still couldn't use it with their machines. Some nice gentlemen bought our 2 hot and ready pizzas for us. God bless him for that. He didn't have to do that but he did.

This place really recapture the Detroit style pizza the best way possible.the managers and staff is friendly but the GM is beyond amazing. There's no words to describe how this man makes it overly desirable to spend more with little Caesars.he needs a raise and more stores to become jus like the one on wrightsboro Rd. I ate there in July and haven't stopped since only bc it's cooked to order and no wait on hot and ready the make every pizza as if it was their own ..you can't find or get that service level from Pizza Hut or dominoes.. if they sold more variety of pizzas is the only thing that'll make it more than what it is ,but that's out of their control needless to say this is by far the best little Caesars in Augusta hands down,if you come here make sure you touch and feel how fresh and soft the crust is omg!!!!!!..I'm thinking about going there now..

Team of young people working together. Professional, polite and pleasant. Awesome job! UPDATE!! Always been our favorite location until today!!Went in to pickup my order and stood at the counter for at least 10 solid minutes while watching at least 5 employees!! 1 was sitting down, looked at me and continued sitting. I was completely ignored. I finally said well, I guess yall don’t want my money and I left. How can this happen??? From AWESOME to AWFUL in a few days!!! And, this was a call-in order to top it off!!!
I ordered pick up and my crazy puffs were missing ,I put in a feedback request and was called a few days later . I believe it was a manager that called and quickly and efficiently tended to my problem ,even a few days after he called . Considering i had to contact 2 other separate establishments for things gone wrong with my orders ,I was very pleased that Malik Smalls reached out to me. I placed an online order, 1 pizza and 2 sauces… got and update 60 seconds later saying it was ready(wrong) I got to the location and i couldn’t see a pizza coming out and being sliced. They guy boxed it, sat it on the counter, proceeded to chat with coworkers, then made his way to the portal to load my order. He walks up to me and then says how may i help you… After i got my order out of the portal, he takes another lady’s order. Not even acknowledging if everything was correct, i stood there for a few minutes just to get my sauces. All to get home and the pizza was incorrect. The outside looks like a hangout. Littered with black n mild butts. Several employees were just sitting around outside, collecting a free check. As i notice one went inside and directly to the kitchen… not even washing their hands

I came yesterday lunch time 12 . My food was hot and ready GREAT TEAM !!!!! The lady at the register explained deals and options also made sure I was happy. I did get 1 name teasha I think but was awesome making sure everything was correct especially the young man that prep the bread in the pizza pan! My Grandma was satisfied with her (senior) friends.
