I came in and ordered my food 20 minutes later after they forgot about me ask me what I ordered like they didn't even have it one pizza a thin crust pepperoni meanwhile everybody else is in the back walk around eating while I'm waiting on my food which apparently got eaten by the employees that should be washing their hands and making my food

The cashier was nice and courteous but the dude that I assumed was the manager bc he was talking about hiring he was very unprofessional he was cussing and then before he came to the front he blasted the music and nothing but cussing in that I just didn't like the atmosphere at all not with him it wasn't but 3 ppl working the other dude was working the cashier was great it was just him everyone that has title manager don't need it they don't respect it your job is your job you want to party and talk how you want wait till you clock out is all I'm saying I could have been anybody within that company i feel ppl should start having CEO come in and see for themselves how employees are acting

The taste of the food was very good. The speed of the service was pretty good considering how busy they were. The customer service was friendly. But, I ordered this at night and the area outside at this location is very dark and there is barely anywhere to park. Therefore you have a lot of people standing around waiting inside and outside. On top of that, there was this guy that continuously asked me and others for money. I donât pull out money in front of strangers. Too dangerous these days.

There's nothing quite like indulging in a delicious, hot, and fresh pizza that wonât break the bank! Enjoying great food while staying within budget is a win-win!
Always friendly with me and sometimes I send my ten year old granddaughter in to order her own pizza and I donât do that anywhere else besides here because this place take their time with her while she is ordering and donât rush her and they try to help her if she ever feels like she needs it. Theyâre awesome

I was disgusted to see that the food was prepared with bare hands. No gloves as she was touching her phone and other things while preparing food without anything on her hands. Also very slow service. May need to hire more help.

Between the manger and his assistant is serious discrepancy. I used to order large quantity from this place, Gordon Hwy and Belair rdâ Locations, If I knew the guys at 3402 would lie to me about price and delay my pizza (making me late and behind my schedules), I would never come here. I know, I will never order from this location anymore. The guy who claims to be General manager (Mr. Sincer Smalls) is rude and inconsiderate. Clearly told me that he rather have a few dollars extra over guest (as I was walking out) without my order. Unfortunately he made me late, I would have not had sufficient time to go elsewhere to complete my order and he made me late to take advantage of the situations.

I literally sat and watch a manger on duty just sit and rolled dough on his pants playing with it like a stress ball then turned around and put the dough back thatâs the nastiest thing I have seen this far disgusting what type of manager you have in this place I will never eat there again
