Upon entering the restaurant there is a booth there with someone that is supposed to seat you. After waiting and no greeting the lady finally came to seat us and she went to a table put the menus down and left. The waitress came and was very nice. I ask her to see if she could get the music turned down some. It was blaring and not the type music that should be in a nice restaurant. The waitress came back and said the manager said it was controlled by the area manager and he could not lower it. My wife and I ordered just a sandwich and a lunch chicken strips. The food was terrible , No taste at all. The yeast rolls once touched just went to nothing and the butter was whipped margarine with no taste. Then I get the bill and it was almost $35. What a ripoff

Food has changed so much ordered stuffed potatoes coverd in cheese and bacon potaoes were old and mealy server was good but slow to get things right when brought out husband ordered potatoe and got broccoli i ordered water with lemon and got hot water with lemon .

Bummed to finally come back here and the floor is spotless. We expected to walk over a bunch of peanut casing. I understand that due to Covid, this is no longer available. Overall atmosphere is a typical bar or pub. They have a very large bar with plenty of seating. The rolls are very good. In comparison with Texas Roadhouse, they offer a similar menu. If you like TR, you can expect most of the same items.Our waiter, Lola was spot on with everything. No complaints, she was an excellent waiter. Our food was mediocre, although it was hot and prepared well for the most part. My wife and I had the Mesquite Shrimp plate that comes with rice and two sides. The downfall of this plate was finding out halfway through the meal that both of our shrimps were not cleaned. We lost our appetite after this point.This restaurant could use some more vegetarian options, especially for the burgers. We chose the shrimp because of the lack of selections.

I suggest they get it together before the masters the 3 YOUNG GREETERS HORRIBLE MANAGER HORRIBLE HAD A PARTY OF 7 and the waiters refused to serve a party I heard this with my own ears my group of 7 had already waited 45 min I asked what the issue was even tho I heard the waiters say they were not serving a party I asked for the manager ??? all in all Horrible experience WE LEFT

The quality of the food is just not there anymore. I ordered a loaded baked potato and I got like a tablespoon of bacon and two tablespoons of cheese if. The yeast rolls are half of what they used to be. This is just sad
We had the most wonderful server, "Lizzy, (Elizabeth S.) when we ate there this evening in March of 2024. She was very attentive and kind. She kept our drinks filled, brought us exactly what we ordered and went back for more rolls. She had a wonderful personality and kept asking "is there anything else you need". Brought us to go boxes without asking. She is truly a great server. Many could learn from her example!

When I eat at Logans I normally have a pleasant experience, but that definitely didn't happen this time. I ordered the 8oz sirloin steak medium rare. When I got my food the steak was very well done, and when I tried the steak it was so heavily salted that it made my lips go numb. I was so disappointed that I just paid and left. I don't know if I'm going back any time soon.

They were out of a couple of items on the menu which was a red flag to begin with. Not very organized, or an incompetent purchasing manager. Who knows. Wasn't real impressed with the food, but the service was great, so I'll go back if they can keep their items stocked accordingly.

I went here for a birthday dinner with a church family and had the worst customer service. If you don’t have the staff to handle a large group of people, then say that so people can make a decision and move on. Management training is definitely needed..get management who can communicate with customers and make a informed decision…. not have customer waiting unreasonably amount of time. It’s bad when the staff has more respect and better customer than the manager in charge
