As a visitor to Augusta GA, this was my first stop, and quickly became a daily stop throughout my vacation. The atmosphere was welcoming. Every time I ate here, I was quickly seated with order taken and food presented with a swiftness one could only dream of. The servers sincerely cared about giving me an amazing dining experience and gave me recommendations of things to try from their large menu selection. The cooks created authentic and flavorful cuisine that kept me coming back for more. The Guacamole, Chorizo dip, Texas Rice, and Mexican street tacos are some of my favorite dishes from this restaurant and I am looking forward to trying and falling in love with even more! The combination of margaritas and music playing at the restaurant made me want to get up and dance. I look forward to being able to come back on a Saturday night and dance my heart out when they have a DJ and open dance floor. One night I met the owners and they are genuine people who had a dream of opening this restaurant and through their passion and drive, made it a reality. Their care for this restaurant is evident and contagious to the hosts, serves, and cooks. It is clear that everyone here works very hard to make this place the hidden treasure that it is! All of my needs and wants were met at Lokos Tacos on Boy Scout Rd!

This place is a complete gem! We stopped through for lunch and it was, without a doubt, the BEST food we could have gotten for the same price point. There are more expensive items, too, sure, but free chips and salsa, a $3.25 taco with unbelievably fresh, overflowing ingredients (2 being plenty for lunch)? A $6.75 grilled cactus with a pile of meat and cilantro and onions? Wonderful! It was super dog-friendly, peaceful, and calm, without music blasting... And the service was just impeccable! So attentive and sweet, checking on us at the perfect times. This will definitely be our go-to lunch stop...and their cocktails sound SO fun. With a plentiful beer selection. My mother-in-law - who is visiting from Europe, and generally opposed to Mexican cuisine - absolutely loved it because the meat, sauces, and fresh ingredients were simply delicious. Just amazing.

Food was good, the price was OUTRAGEOUS + food WAS NOT prepared correctly. My Sister & I ordered the Lokos Dip (Shrimp, Chicken, Steak & Queso.) with EXTRA STEAK on just mine!!! Both Orders get out & my order looked exactly like my sisters', but i was still charged an outrageous amout for extra Steak I never Received.... my total came out to nearly $100, for 5 tacos, my order and a chicken quesadilla........... NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN
Everything that we ate was absolutely delicious. Fresh, aromatic. The pork was falling off the fork. Please give this place a try if you’re looking for AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Thanks so much!

We celebrated a friends birthday for dinner here . We had a large party and sat on the patio . They were very accommodating and service was excellent . Drinks were amazing ! Food was delicious ! Love this place !

Just walked in with a party of 8 at 4pm today, got seated quickly. Sat there for 15-20 minutes, no one ever came and took our drink orders. We looked at multiple employees for 10+ minutes, none of them cared to come over and serve us. I'm not forcing a business to take my money if they don't want it. We had to walk out and go somewhere else.
