Nice place we eat here a good bit. The spicy chicken bites are the best. I usually make a meal out of those. This is a steakhouse but i really dont recommend their steaks. Not sure if it's their cooking method or what but they seem to never have a good crust on the steak. Salads are good my wife loves their french onion soup most of the time. Great burger!

What happened to this place? I took my son to the bathroom when I arrived and the entire floor was sopping wet. If they wait any longer, the mold growing up around the urinal will be eligible for minimum wage. I felt dirtier after washing my hands. They sat us at a table that had been wiped down, but I think they used a wet mop. Luckily the kids menus soaked up the water for us. The straws they brought us were also soaking wet for some reason - the waitress was kind enough to notice and replace two of them; margins must be tight. My wife's salad never arrived, and they managed to forget my entree entirely. Otherwise, the food tasted fine, and everyone was kind.

We had our weekly family lunch here. We were sat promptly, but waited a short time for service. Our sever was kind and friendly. The service and atmosphere were great. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the bread. I had a grilled chicken entree with bacon and cheese. I didn’t notice much flavor at all. I add a sauce to enhance the flavor. This experience was far greater than the previous visit months ago. We will return in the future. My family enjoyed good food and service in a warm atmosphere for our weekly gathering.

My ateak was over cooked sent it back got another steak was cold whwn it came out....my friens specifically ask not to have pork on his plate because of religion they brought out loaded bakwd potato with bacon bits and was on the steak also.....this was the 2nd time coming here.. the first time food was cold when it came out this was the last time to longhorn for me in augusta ga what a let down used to be my favorite resturant I am really disappointed.

I attended Longhorn on Washington Rd in Augusta on October 9th. The food was ok but the waitress was the worst I've ever had in my life. She bgan by telling one of my friends to stop yelling and I could barely hear her sitting next to me. Our orders were taken after people that came in later than we did. Worst of all she wasted a glass of tea and a half of a glass water on me. I left the resturants embarrassed because it looked as if I wet my pants.

We had the ribeye and wild west shrimp. The food was great. The shrimp were nice and crispy. The steak was well done like we asked.
The service was good. Our waiter brought us everything we asked for without mistakes. When we were ready to leave we asked for a box and he also brought extra sauce.
The atmosphere was alright. We were placed behind a small group who were really loud and used a lot of bad language where my kids could hear. The place itself was nice though.
