Was not impressed with the food or the service . I ordered the steak medium rare and it was served almost raw. All the food was warm at best, not hot at all. But this was more likely because the waitress seemed more interested in chatting with the young lady and child at the next table instead of serving her customers

Very disappointed with my to go order this evening. My medium steak was well done, my salad was scarce, my bread was non existent(yes I requested it), potato was evidently old and I paid $7 for 4 shrimp. What an unpleasant experience to say the least.

I’ve been to Several Dozen Longhorn locations over the past few years. The bar staff here on Washington Rd nailed it both times I went in there a couple weeks ago. Andrea maintained poise and personality while juggling a bar full of guests. Parm crusted chicken with sweet potatoes and broccoli night one and a couple nights later a bowl of soup to warm up with, steak medium rare and the same sides. 👏🏻 nice work y’all

I'm posting on behalf of my husband. We came here last night and he had the best steak he'd had in a long time. Shout out to the cook "Von". He said his full name is Juvon (not sure if I spelled that right) ! He put his " foot in that steak"! My husband is serious about his steak. He likes them well done, tender, fatty, and seasoned well. And "Von" delivered and was nice enough to come out and meet us. I tasted his Outlaw Ribeye and I was impressed too. Most cooks don't season that thoroughly! Our waitress Star was very pleasant and attentive too.

My family was in the restaurant Friday Feb 7 around 6-630pm. My aunt has Alzheimer’s and was confused about where to sit. Her daughter was helping her to the table she commented she was confused. The waitress said ‘yes you look confused!’ I recommended them to long horn but never again! Such disrespect! Our take out order was wrong also. They did not check it just trying to get the meals to the hospital for us. Sadly she didn’t get a name so I could not address it directly. Just lost my business ..

This is my very first time visiting! I had LH Burger with fries. Look, close my home about a mile. I don’t know why every time I drove on Washington Road and not thinking about California Dream and Long Horn Steakhouse since I moved new house 2004. Female bartender is very friendly and nice person! Definitely I’ll come back.

Went for lunch. Server was a little busy so I didn't expect top notch. We weren't told they only serve one side with lunch but they absolutely still charged full price. Tried to pay online and they forced us to give a $14 gratuity automatically for it. I'm not saying don't go, I am saying save yourself time and go in the evening when it's actually worth it.

We waited over two hours just to be seated and our party ended up being separated . Our server who’s name was star was very rude and had a smart attitude and did not give very efficient service she took forever to bring out drinks and bread I did enjoy the food but the customer service was terrible .

I've been to many longhorns but this one was completely unacceptable. The Chicken was stringy, the service was pretty much non existent. Had to ask at least twice for our bread our drink refills and they still couldn't get the bill right. If this would have been the first longhorn I went to I would never visit one again
