This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival I was told that they are unable to issue room key cards, and that means every time you leave and you want to get back into your room you have to wait for maintenance to come and open the door for you. I agreed because I did not want to go look for another hotel. Then I get to the room and it is absolutely terrible. It's dirty, the walls and floor are stained, the bathroom has dirt in the corners and smells moldy. The TV did not work. What was the deal breaker for me is that there was a door connecting to the room next door where people had 2 small dogs barking every time I moved in the room. They were also smoking and the smoke was coming from under the door. I just could not breath with the combination of mold and smoke. I left and went to the hotel across the street. The lady at the front desk was nice and was very apologetic for this horrible situation.

I would recommend another stay at the Ramada it's a great location very quiet and humble. Pool area very clean very nice and love the spot to relax to cook out with your friends or family great View to cool area

The person that they have on the grill is a really nice guy. I think his name is Robert. The food was delicious and they also have a pool I would come again. The hotel was good looking in the service was good

As a Mom with a child DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE!! Nasty rooms. Was offered a different room after complaining and the 2nd room was WORST!! Was even told that housekeeping just cleaned it!! Have pics of bugs still on the floor. Sad and pitiful! Explained and showed front desk bugs and was not offered a refund or any solution. We checked out and went to a clean hotel! What a RIPOFF!!! ??

I am a professional pilot and have stayed in thousands of rooms around the country and around the world, and I've put up with some subpar hotel rooms in my career. This hotels was hands down the 3rd worst room I've ever stayed in. Ramada and Wyndham Hotels should be appalled and ashamed at the condition. My first officer and I stayed a total of 1.5 hours due to the condition before abandoning this facility. Only long enough to leave and grab a bite to eat. I find it hard to believe that no one has evaluated this location from your corporate office.

I was very blessed to have a gentleman take care of my family during Masters week , from breakfast, to taking us to the Masters, to make sure our stay was wonderful, Mr Carl went way above the standard and will will always be grateful , He is now a part of our Masters Family trip. During the morning breakfast it so wonderful to hear from other guests how great he was to them, Thank you Ramada, for having a wonderful employee name Carl.

The rooms and cleanliness of this particular Ramada left a lot to be desired. The rooms and property are in serious need of upgrades to modern standards. In our first room; blood was left in the toilet; so we were transferred to a different room. That room was not any better in terms of cleanliness and quality of the amenities. The front desk staff was friendly. The cleaning staff needs to be retrained.

Overall, our experience wasn’t great. The staff was nice enough, and the lobby is nice. Beyond that, the room was dated, smelled bad, had broken receptacle covers, A/C was noisy, and the location isn’t great. The bed, however, was comfortable. Due to that and the friendliness of the staff, I rated it a 2.

Great service by the entire staff! I had a great time, and all of my needs were met. The location was convenient for what I needed to accomplish during my stay, and the additional attractions in the community were close.

The overall performance of the staff was great the rooms were great new paint tvs and very up to date breakfast was great had a great food selection, and the bar area was open and enjoyed the time spent there

The room smelled and the bathtub was full of water. There were drug deals openly conducted in the parking lot along with other items being sold. I left out of concern for my safety. As being in public safety for 27 years, I know when a scene is unsafe. This was very unsafe.

Stay away!!our rooms were Rooms 228 & 230. It was a Nightmare! Booked a night on our way to visit Fort Gordon and it was a nightmare! Too tired that night to complain change rooms or hotel after driving 9 hrs. Check In went smoothly and the lobby was nice but then everything changed. It was night when we arrived and there were so many security lights out, walking in the dark to our rooms should’ve been a warning. Next was the broken curtains, you could feel the cold air thru our door because there were gaps, the shower was dirty, there was chunks of dust in the vents, towels were dirty and when we asked for more they didn’t have any, stains on the rug, smell of weed on and off during the night, cockroaches, sat in a chair and fell over because it was broken. The breakfast biscuits and sweet person at the front desk are the only positive things.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a hot buffet which we really enjoyed. Crystal at the front desk was very helpful telling us the local attractions. The room was dated but very clean. I love the fact that they called to check on us. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was told different things by different staff to the point where I called the police and got threatened that they would I just helped them out and at the end of the day I had my paperwork and ended up getting all my money back. I’ll never stay there again!
