Literally made everyone who ate it in my family get food poisoning on different occasions.

Review for Pei Wei Express- Don’t let how the food looks fool you. It looks delicious, right?
Well…It tastes terrible!! The orange chicken was hard and WAYYYY too orange-y. The firecracker shrimp was also hard and where the heck did they get ‘firecracker’ from? No taste or spice to it.
Noodles almost had no taste when you first take a bite but then it leaves a nasty after taste in your mouth. I can’t quite describe it. Not sure if it’s because I had China Express expectations or what- but this food is not it. This is probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had and I have a pretty open palette and eat everything with an open mind. I do not recommend this place. Only good thing I can say is the cashier was a sweetheart.

Welp it me TheFoodGrinch with another bad review. Observed many employees handling food and cups with unclean hands. 😡Observed a cashier today wiping sweat off of her head with her bar hands, and taking those same hands and making a drink. This place needs to be replaced

Food is horrible and hard… what a waste of money

I hate to say this, but the food is just awful. It tasted worse than frozen food. In fact, I say get frozen food and eat that. I would highly recommend you stay away from this place. Also, $17 for one meal and a drink is outrageously expensive.

This used to be one of my favorite places to grab something to eat at when I visited the mall, but my most recent trip has started to sway my opinion. I ordered the vegetable lo mein, steak with green onions and mushrooms, and also the orange chicken. The orange chicken was too mushy, the steak was highly seasoned, however the lo mein was the best part. I just hate I had a bad experience with the quality of food this time around. Their customer service was good though.

At some point, they have to decide that when some of their food has been out too long and has hardened, its time to out some fresh food out. It appears fresh yet crunchy like Lay’s potato chips.

I won’t eat there again. The food is good but Preston’s small small. Imagine someone meticulously removing chunks of meat and veg from tie plate just to give you less. Insulting. Next restaurant please.
