I ordered a salad and they don't give dressing. Getting home to a $10 salad with no dressing so I had no salad to eat. I also ordered an Italian sub which should be basic. I received it with no pepperoni. I called and was told their Italian SUB DON'T come with pepperoni and that I would had to order it special and pay extra if I want it. I've never heard of Italian subs with no pepperoni. Basically that sub was a hot ham and cheese cause that's all that was on there. $20 for this small salad I couldn't eat cause I had no salad dressings at home and a hot ham and cheese they call an Italian sub. Over charged, for sub par food. Owner is being cheap by charging for pepperoni and not giving out dressing for their salads.

So i ordered pizza online through the website. When I arrived at the designated time and came in to pick up my pizza, I was told 3 minutes until it was ready. After waiting 28 minutes, they called me up and handed me a partial order with no pizza. After checking, they said it was still in the ovens. 10 minutes later, and I am still waiting. The pizza is good, but they are always VERY slow. May we'll be my last visit.

Customer service was fine but the kitchen could use a deep cleaning/sanitizing. Saw a gentlemen behind the counter checking his phone between what appeared to be finishing an order and I assume stocking for the next. Didn't see anyone washing their hands.

I came to visit Marcos one night and the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Upon walking in all you could hear was very loud rap music with cursing. This is a place of business and that experience was very unprofessional which made my visit unpleasant. Please try to do better. That will definitely run customers off or have them not come back again.

We ordered the $19.99 family meal with one large one topping pizza, cheesy bread and cinnamon squares. added steak for an extra fee so about $24 total. Absolutely delicious, that pizza went so fast in my house! Everything was delicious and fresh. Will definitely be frequenting this place.

12/15/24- Ordered the Deluxe small today wanted to try it out. This was definitely the best Surpreme Pizza I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere and customer service was definitely welcoming. Glad to have another option in South Augusta will be ordering again soon
