I am having difficulty walking and I am elderly. I walk with a cane or walker. I entered this deli, very unsteady, placed my order, and the worker told me I could wait in my car for my order. They brought my order to me. This was above and beyond my expectations. They deserve a medal.

McAllister‘s Deli always has amazing food! The staff at this location were very friendly & the service was good. Not a big fan of the chili, we found out it didn’t have any beans. We’re taking it home for our hotdogs, lol. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!

We had the biggest salads! Super fresh and delicious. Our companions had a variety of sandwiches and everyone was very pleased and satisfied. The restaurant was full, I mean really full with the after church crowd. With that in mind the service was still excellent.

It was one of my favorite places to eat but they revamped their menu, products they use, and their app. I can no longer get what was my favorite and the bacon they use now is horrible. It's also a hot or miss on quality. What happened you were soooooo good!!
Every time I order from McAllister‘s deli, I’m never disappointed. I ordered a BLT with avocado and a pickle it was delicious. I also had a side salad with a big chocolate chip cookie.

I came in on a random time and was the only customer. The young man working was polite friendly and did not stop working the entire time I was there despite no other customers. All the other employees were also busy but had smiles on their face. The food was fantastic. I wish all restaurants had this level of cleanliness, great food and fantastic staff.

I was greeted by a very polite young lady and I ordered a few things… she smiled and happy took my order. The staff was also very polite and welcoming. The venue was really clean. They were so polite and I literally walked in at 8:56! They close at 9. My food was fresh and good. Very satisfied.

I only wish they offered a chicken salad choice without cranberries. It should be a choice. One with or one without the cranberries and nuts. I ordered a sandwich to go. But when I got home I couldn't eat it. The berries tasted sour and chewy old. I had no choice but to order it with berries even though I really don't prefer them.

We decided to go to McAlister's Deli instead of Panera today. We should have gone to panera. My mother ordered a salad and said it was just okay but not great. We went specifically because the website said you had kickin crab chowder. When we got there I ordered it and the employee said that they do not carry it because one of their employees has a shellfish allergy. Which is fine, I sympathize, I totally understand, but then it should not be advertised on your website menu. That is the whole reason we went there instead of Panera today. So I ordered nachos instead and they were just so - so, it was like something I could have just thrown together at home real quick. My daughter ordered the baked potato and the broccoli cheddar soup. The baked potato barely had any toppings on it which left a whole bland potato that she ended up having to Salt and Pepper just to get some taste out of but she really liked the broccoli cheddar soup. The restaurant itself is nice and very modern. The chairs are very comfortable. And the customer service was exceptional . The food was just so - so and I was disappointed that I did not get my kickin crab chowder, especially since that was the whole reason for going.
