This is the 6th time these drive-thru people have gotten things wrong, every time something is missing from our order, my wife stopped by to pick me up a filet o fish meal and a mcchicken, no mcchicken, is this McDonald’s trying to skimp customers orders to make money off orders they don’t fill right? Also super limp, pale soggy fries, didn’t even taste like McDonald’s fries. Won’t be back to this McDonald’s

Stopped here with my family to grab a bite. Went thru drive thru . Food was wrong. Asked for straws and ketchup. At that point the manager with bright purple hair decided it was appropriate.to full on yell at the lil girl in the drive thru . Then because even after asking I still had no straws no BBQ sauce. So I sent my daughter in then the same manager joked with the employees on how she was gonna make this little white girl wait till guy ordered his food and also wait on his food to be ready which ended up being about 15 mins now me and my special needs daughter is waiting. So daughter comes back tells me how's she treated so I walk in and confront the lady. She then proceeded to tell me my daughter was a liar that didn't happen. Manager continued to say the GM was there. Not a single apology nothing. Safe to say that was my first trip at that location and will be the last.. horrible place..

It was ok I guess! I waited at the front counter awhile before anyone said anything! Maybe since it was taco Tuesday, and I'm trying to get a burger lol I made it through the experience without the hamburgler stealing my stuff! Great place!

I did mobile order. I ordered a filet o fish combo with my fries without salt. My sandwich was all crooked and once that cheese cools off it’s hard to rearrange the sandwich it really ain’t that hard to do it right. My fries didn’t have salt like I asked for except for a few but that’s because you could tell they used old fries and just dropped them in the grease and pulled them out. Quit giving people food you wouldn’t eat if served to you. A lot of people are on break during lunch and can’t waste their time trying to get y’all to do your job right. I know it’s just McDs I’ve worked at one before. Still you could do the job correctly or leave so someone else can. It really isn’t that hard.

We were hoping that this would be a better McDonald's in the Augusta area, but it was just as bad as the others.
Why is it almost impossible to find a McDonald's that has employee's that care to do a good job? The bad attitude you have to deal with just to get some poor quality food just isn't worth going to McDonald's anymore.
