Just got breakfast from them SMH. That heffa hiding behind the mic for drive-thru need to learn customer service if she is going to work fast food. If she doesn't like her job then she needs to get a degree and work behind a computer.

We were hoping that this would be a better McDonald's in the Augusta area, but it was just as bad as the others.
Why is it almost impossible to find a McDonald's that has employee's that care to do a good job? The bad attitude you have to deal with just to get some poor quality food just isn't worth going to McDonald's anymore.

place was dirty. service was extremely slow and the food was just ok.
We got here on Christmas because it was the only place that was open. We pull up and everything g seems to be on and are even greeted by the prerecorded message at the drive thru window. Qe had an online order that went through, but no one answered. We pull around to see no one in the store, but all of the machines are on and I can even see our order "in progress" on the screen inside. It turns out they are closed on christmas but for some reason they do not have this updated online or in the app so they just have orders coming in with no one making them. Absolutely ridiculous service and the operator of this store needa to do better at managing this location.

The customer service is excellent. The timing was perfect. However my food was not great. My fries were soggy and my burger was a little bit too dry. Or maybe I just really wasn't that hungry? 🤔
