Update: While McDonald's was not ever a great options for a healthy meals for the kids, it's become a reliable place for a quick bite when life is too busy for a home cooked meal. The Columbia Rd location has recently been prompt, accurate, and friendly- No complaints 👌🏽

Our visit was today 10/26/2024 around 2pm.
The drive-through cashier was polite and efficient, with a soothing voice. Unfortunately, the strong built food handling window staff could use a customer service refresher. Calling a customer 'SLOW' is unacceptable and reflects an attitude issue among the staff, except for the wonderful drive-through cashier.

Asked for an iced coffee with Splenda got one with sugar. They offered to remake it and packed the cup with so much ice there was very little room left for coffee.

Ordered a number 5, number 1, and an extra 6 piece nugget. Only gave us a 6 piece box and a 4 piece box of nuggets - 10 nuggets when we should have gotten 6. This is why you should always check your order. Especially at this location. Unfortunately I don't have the time to return for something I paid for but didn't receive. Always. Check. Your. Order. At. This. Location.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 cookies and watched as 13 cars behind us received their order and drove off. I finally had to go inside to ask where our 2 cookies that were only supposed to take 2 minutes to warm up were. Meanwhile, our other food grew cold. The young man at the window was barely coherent and had told us that the apple pie we ordered would take 12 minutes to cook. We passed on the apple pie thinking the cookies would be done in two. There was no offer to comp us for any of this and the apple pie we never received. This was a mobile order! I worked for years at McDonalds many years ago in high school and my butt would have been chewed out for this kind of service. I get it though, nobody cares.. We will not be going back to this location!!
