Extremely rude workers in the drive thru line, got my order wrong and told me I had to drive all the way back around the biulding to get back in line to get it fixed. I just wish they would have been nicer about it

Used the Google app to place the order. The app was fairly easy to use and place the order, it wouldn't allow me to place the order until I arrived. Still had to wait for about 15 minutes after I told them I had arrived.Also the waiting area for mobile app pick was blocked when I arrived.

I've been here probably 10 times in the last year. Breakfast is always 5/5 for a fast food joint. Quick, accurate, tasty. But anything after 6pm? You're gonna wait. Even for a Big Mac: the staff is gonna ask you to pull into waiting spot. Tonight, I ordered a quarter pounder and nothing else. As expected, I had to pull ahead and wait (even though there were 3 people in line). Got my sandwich after waiting about 2 mins, no big deal. Got home, chomped the burger. One side was burnt. Like beyond blackened. Edible? Yes. Good? No, especially not for $5.

After watching a tv commercial that said buy 1 get 1 big mack I went to this location and they said the offer had ended . Just saw the commercial 20 minutes earlier. Inside the store is total chaos! Cant tell what's going on, who's servers who's waiting to be served etc . Was there 10 mins once before at counter before anyone ask if I needed assistance.

Awful. Don’t do it to yourself. Asked for cups, nasty attitude. No ice, asked for ice, nasty attitude. No napkins, attitude. Got my “food”, it was burnt and gross. Asked for a refund and guess what, nasty attitude. Never left a review before, and I’m really not “that guy”. But, don’t go here. Manager doesn’t care, staff doesn’t care, so I’m sure they don’t care about your food. This is from an unproblematic person btw.

I purchased the "adult happy meal" and it was okay but not worth the wait. Should have more choices for the meals. Not everyone likes a big mac.

Always getting food orders wrong and fries are always cold. They take everyone's order and have them pull in a parking spot. Then they forget about you out there. We ordered 1 quarter pound meal and 2 big macs. Took us honestly 20 mins to get our order.

The people you're ordering from don't have a clue. It's sad. It isn't their fault. The girl who took my order started 10 minutes earlier. She had no idea of the mix and match menu.

Dining experience sucks. Was yelled at to use the kiosk and it’s fine. Whatever. Waited a good 6-7 minutes for a drink that only takes 50 seconds for the espresso maker to make. Never used a kiosk before, it told me to grab a table tent because I wanted to eat in, and instead of bringing the food like McDonald’s said would happen, I heard the manager say “where that boy at” with the poorest attitude, and she proceeded to yell “latte”. I understand you’re short staffed, we are too. However that’s why I tried ordering at the counter because I wanted to dine in. Upon getting the latte, it was plain. There’s supposed to be six pumps of vanilla syrup and I can’t taste a lick of vanilla. I see this franchise is crashing and burning and there’s a reason the turnover rate is so high. I hate to be that customer but it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, or even write a review period. Hope the problem is fixed though. Don’t tell customers to use the kiosk if you are not prepared to serve off orders the way McDonald’s intended. I’ll use the drive thru from now on. Might as well because half the time lobby is locked anyways.

Terrible customer service and food. My fish sandwich was so old. I and dried out, there was so much tarter sauce on the sandwich my fries were cold as hell, the double quarter meal was cold as well. I ordered HI-C orange drinks instead I received coke cola. I called the store today to speak to a manager she answer the phone and asked me to hold, the manager put the phone down and left me hold while they work. I now have been on hold for 29mins. My order was placed thru door dash and was delivered on time so there was no excuse for my food to be cold and old.
