My granddaughter ordered a Big Mac meal with ketchup only at the drive thru and of course I checked it before leaving and it’s a good thing because it had cheese on it so I asked them could they fix it and the guy wanted to get an attitude with me so I asked for my money back but then he chose to fix another one

Employees won’t say anything on drivethru mics for usually 5 minutes, then are fairly rude at the windows, hot food always cold and vica versa, don’t waste your time just go a few more minutes down the road

Always takes at minimum 10 minutes to complete a drive through order, then they lock the doors when 3 or more people decide to start going in instead of sitting in the slow takeout lanes

Worse place to eat, employees are disgusting and disrespectful, they are rude, it look like they hate their job and the customers has to pay to it, it not the customers fault that the employees didn't finished school and they ended up there. They are dirty when they cook, the floor is always nasty, the restroom are disgusting. The county need to shut down this place or they need to hire people with a brain that can do the job right.

Lobby, dining room and restrooms were clean. Drive thru was full and moving at a good pace for breakfast. Staff spoke when I entered the building. Great job!
