This place is horrible, the employees are extremely rude. They don't even acknowledge you when you go inside. The wait time is ridiculous. They will park you if you ask for extra napkins. The food was cold and stall. They didn't even get my order right the first and having to be parked , this experience was so horrible that I didn't even address the fact they gave me someone else's order or they just gave me what they wanted to get rid of. I just left and will not be back. I will drive the extra miles to go somewhere else instead. Truly sad for the people traveling and encounter this junk of a location.

When I asked for a item on the menu the woman yelled at me loudly. It’s 9!!!! It’s 9!!!! I said wow. I did not stoop to her level. Did I want to tell her a piece of my mind yes. But I remained calm.Then when I went to the first window to pay for my order.Then she was just as rude.Saying HELLO HELLO I AM TALKING TO YOU. I was not sure if she was speaking to me or another customer. But she stomped down like a savage and said YOU YES YOU.Horrible tone and she talked to me as if I was stupid and several other customers in the drive thru. Even a elderly gentleman was treated poorly. Thier service is poor.Not acceptable.I got to the pickup window and my vehicle was parked. Then the employee forgot my coffee. And said Rudley Well they should have gave it to me at the window. That’s not my job. She took my ticket off the bag as if I was not honest. I was held up 40 minutes which should have only been 10 minutes. I was disgusted at the young woman’s attitude at the window most. Left a sour taste in my mouth.It ruined my food experience. This soured me and my significant others morning. I worked fast food for years as a kid and how you talk to your customers is key to success in a business.STAY AWAY PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE.

DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALDS. Spent 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one ever did. Six other customers had been waiting with no acknowledgment as well. Even the manager, standing 10 feet away, would not acknowledge the customers. This establishment needs to be put out of business immediately.

Trash can running over the food was cooked in old oil and was burned the fries was cold this was the worst experience I've ever had all the employees on the phone playing in the kitchen lobby was dirty i was very disappointed i wished I would have never stop and spent my money by pass don't stop

I would give a 5 star rating, but they never gave me my frappe, and I live in South Carolina so wasn’t taking a ride all the way back there although the frappes aren’t cheap

This is the slowest most ratchet location. I just moved to Augusta and every time I have ordered the app curb side I have had to go in to get my food. They make the food wrong. They have attitudes. They horrible.. no fuxin stars

This place was a total mess! The order machine was out of paper so you had to try to catch someone so you knew when your order came up. Then the floors wherever you walked were sticky and dirty. The play place was filthy the steps were covered in sticky nastiness, the kids socks instantly turned black! We didn't get our entire order and had to stand by the counter a second time trying to get someone's attention to get us all the food we paid for. Some of the staff were downright dismissive. Just a total lack of hygiene and they proudly advertised "safety in cleaning"...we didn't see any such practices.
Kid-friendliness: The play place is nasty! Needed to be cleaned from top to bottom! You literally stuck to the floor when you walked!
