Waited at the outside speaker for a long time no response said hello several times no response three cars in the other lane had ordered and nothing so we pulled to the first window and said no was was taking orders in the outside speaker the young African American girl with a blonde wig popped her lips and took our order with a attitude, then they didn’t have any sauce for their nuggets, it was a long wait time from start to finish in this line and we will not be back smh the service in the drive thru is ridiculous and rude…

I’m an Uber driver and we constantly have to wait long times at window while workers drag their feet (literally) around the restaurant and if it’s even 3:45 am, they REFUSE to make and lunch orders that come through the system, claiming that they don’t have any dinner food left due to getting ready for breakfast. I even tried to speak to Manager tonight because I drove 20 minutes to get here so the order came in about 330 and it should have been ready. Not only did the customer not get any food, I didn’t get paid for my drive here or the 30 minutes I had to spend on the phone with Uber to get the order canceled! With the exception of one or two night, staff is completely rude, slow, and they make it hard for us drivers on DoorDash or Uber to make any money! It affects us and the customers, so why is it not affecting their jobs?management should really take a look at all these reviews on here and do something about this!

This was the slowest and most disrespectful service I’ve ever encountered. We waited over 30 minutes for our order and still didn’t receive our drinks. When a frappe finally appeared, it was completely melted—and instead of preparing a new one, they shamelessly stuck it in a microwave. I had to demand a refund because the service was absolutely unacceptable.

Only have ones because you have to select something. Unorganized, slow, Waited over 45 mins for an order they still got wrong although they appeared to be fully staffed. Asked for a refund more than once and they kept saying my order was almost ready. Wasted my time and money! PLEASE DO BETTER.

Ordered at the kiosk screen and never received my food. Asked a team member what was going on and they told me “just wait longer” and returned to the kitchen. I got fed up and left without ever being served any food after watching the next three people that walked in after me get served first.

Let me say this,
I called this location at 11:32pm asking, “ Hi, I’m just checking to see if t this location will serve breakfast tomorrow morning (11/29).”
** The young lady that answered the phone said, ‘Yes.’
I replied, “ Okay thank you so much have a great night..”
** HARD *click* Phone slammed; however you may call it. There wasn’t, “you're welcome.” Or a nice ending call.
I get it, it may have been busy, I get it if she may not want to work, but there is NO RIGHT TO NOT HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NO MATTER WHERE YOU WORK! You applied, got hired. BE GRATEFUL and KIND to ALL. If great customer service cannot be provided GET OUT OF THE FIELD!

The night shift at this McDonald’s needs serious attention. Every night after the main managers leave, the service slows to a crawl—lines stretch to the road, employees can be seen standing around talking instead of working, and customers wait excessively just to place an order. They often claim to be “out” of most menu items, which feels more like avoiding cooking than an actual shortage. Tonight I waited 35 minutes for a fry and a sweet tea and nearly ran out of gas while watching others wait even longer. For a busy location that’s open all night, this level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate management intervention.

This store specifically sucks, your employees are incompetent. Bigger girl with blue hair was incredibly rude and the one who handed us our food was incompetent, it was completely mixed up, she didn't give us STRAWS?? or napkins, and not a single item was correct. Never go here, go to the one on the corner of davis and Washington
