I just wanted to brag about a young man here at this location on 3423 Wrightsboro Road. I came in, ordered my food at the kiosk, and sat down. Normally they bring the food and just bring a cup. When the young man came to the table, he asked me what drink I would like and proceeded to get it for me. He then bring me napkins and ketchup without even being asked. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but it is refreshing to see such manners, professionalism, and service! What a bright future I believe he will have. I only wish I had caught the young man's name. If you worked the front counter on Monday, 24 Febtuary 2025, Whoever you are, great job! Thank you!

Drive - Thur Experience needs to be improved, order nuggets and no sauce in the bag. Back window barely stop the conversation before confirming my order and total. Person on the headset rush taking my order. Fries was not fresh and half of them was missing. Please improve

I would give several of these ratings of zero one of the employees was trying to load Netflix on the order screen above the fryer the other employees were sitting around talking I had to wait to get help on a slow Sunday afternoon not good at all

Omg. At 11:15 am I expecting a fresh McChicken, and hot fries.... not only were my fries cold but my mchicken was more like a mcbrick (rock hard). I couldn't even eat it so I gave it to my dog and even he had a hard time chewing it and he has pit/lab jaws.... all I can say is thank you... for reminding me why I cook and eat at home smh.
