Went through the drive thru and ordered a big mac meal was instructed to pull forward and wait they will bring it to me and it took 20 minutes to bring FOR A BIG

Not sure in what world this qualifies as a large frap? If I’d had time to get my money back I would have but after waiting for 20min for half of what I ordered, I didn’t have time. This is ridiculous and she knew it when she handed it to me.

Ordered a quarter pounder and it smell like 💩 as soon as I opened the box it hit me and made me sick I wouldn't even feed it to my dog it smelled that bad.

My food was hot but the caramel iced coffee I ordered tasted like it was just water and cream. The tea tasted like it was made two days ago and left out.
The 1st shift female threw my food she was really rude..,fire her!

Waited on a Big mac meal for 15 minutes while employees were inside arguing. 10-12 employees 6 of which were on cell phones. And 3- 4 other arguing. Not sure how this location stays open
Went there and did curbside because I had my little one a little snotty in the car. Did my order, waited for 30 min, no one in sight, then they came out with food for the people that arrived way after me and when I asked them they said they didn't see my order and that they would bring it out. Took them another 15 min to get the food and they forgot the drink, said they would get it and after 10 min still no drink I was just fed up and drove away. Food that I got was totally cold (it doesnt get that cold so fast i know because i have gotten food from other Macdonalds and after 10 min it was still warm the way i closed the bag)and I am never going back to that Macdonald. I get that they don't have enough people and what not, but that is just ridiculous.

I eat there pretty regularly due to my special needs daughter only really wanting McDonald's and it doesn't matter Everytime I go there it's a problem all the employees that deal with customers talk however they want to the customers with management standing right beside her. It's crazy I believe if my child wants McDonald's I will drive to a whole different one, I will never go back to this one, as I'm tired of the constant disrespect.from the employeesand my food is always wrong or cold or undercooked.

Manager was very rude. I was getting my online order, she called me number once. When she said it I responded but she turned around. I kept trying to get their attention but nothing. They she went on her phone, when I finally got her attention she gave me an attitude. Than my food was all over the bad.
