I waited over 25 minutes for my order. It’s 1:42 PM March19th 2026. Whoever you have team working that shift, . They are rude. They laughing at me when I sit here and I cannot find my receipt, but I showed them my receipt on Cash app and I’m still waiting another 20 minutes For a kid, happy meal and a medium fry . Sorry customer service!!!.

TERRIBLE STAFF. Including the supervisor the night of 2/20/26. I only got a drink because I can’t eat from RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL people. I waiting at the register inside for several minutes without any acknowledgment of staff standing there doing nothing. Behind the counter was filthy with trash. One lady went from outside to scraping fries in the tray next to the fryer. I was the only customer in line and there was no one in drive thru. GO FIGURES! The supervisor seen me and started pointing at the staff (standing around) asking if they went to break yet. The blue hair lady eventually walked up to me and said “what you want?”. Oh no ma’am…. Nothing.

I went to McDonald's on peach orchard at 221 pm and the manger was so unprofessional she yelled at the employees in front of customers she was rude and over charged our meals we used a code and our food was cold and old and i do understand they were unstaffed but thats no reason to be so rude loud and disrespectful the manager on shift was ms.Green this needs to be addressed this is not how customers should be treated.

Really disappointing visit. They messed up the order for the person in front of us, then messed up ours (forgot our nuggets) and gave us the wrong size fries. To top it off, we found a hair in our fries. Cleanliness and accuracy seriously need work at this location.

I came to place an order through the drive-through because the store is 24 hours for me to get to the drive-through and the person at the back window has an attitude and speaking very low we’re backed up on DoorDash orders we’re not taking orders unless it’s through the mobile app everyone does not have the mobile app so why are they only catering to DoorDash horrible experience
Was told by the drive thur they are about to close at 12am and only had fried products. Online it states 1am.

I just recently moved on this side of town and I seriously don’t get how they are always pulling cars up I’m asking for one burger and I can’t even get that they tell you to pull up to where cars are all ready at almost everytime I have been there you have to wait for food it makes no sense idk if it’s management or the a bunch of kids in there playing but they have to do better even seen a video of them trying to fight a customer on Facebook this is so ghetto and unprofessional

This by far is the worst McDonalds I’ve been to I waited almost 10 minutes at the order screen I pull up to the 1st window to be told they out of pies mind you I did a mobile order to get to the 2nd window and be told they have them to pull up im waiting on my cookies sat there for another 5 minutes to be brought the wrong order another 10 minutes I get my stuff now for me to waiting on cookies they was cold as idk what they are terrible
