Very rude employee’s and manager (James). I went thru the drive thru and not only did the employee that took my order get snappy because I was taking a bit longer to decide what I wanted when I spoke to the manager (James) he was very rude and inconsiderate he told me and I quote “you should’ve have known wat you wanted before comming to McDonald’s”. I will never go back to this McDonald’s ever again! It was extremely unprofessional and I felt extremely disrespected for no reason.

Yesterday, January 12, 2025, at approximately 6:30 pm, this location stole from me for the 2nd time in a week, and at least one other occasion already this year. Of course, I didn't know until 10 miles and 20 minutes later that the individuals who were working window Two, the pickup window, had cheated me…again! A 4-piece McNuggets is not much to some people; it is the principal. Since receipts are no longer provided and order numbers are not stamped on the bag, I have no way to prove that I was even at this location. Aside from video surveillance cameras at the point of sale. However, I will escalate this and previous recent shortages to corporate HR and internal loss prevention. This is happening too frequently to be an accident or coincidental! Note to future customers: demand a paper receipt, and check your orderly thoroughly! Even if you hold up the line and disturb the metrics and time frame for filling the order

If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, do not visit this location by any means necessary. I placed a mobile order, went to the location and gave Jame, the Assistant District Manager, my name on the order. He brings my order to the counter and says the order number and I told him I’m not sure because my phone died. So he then tells me he cannot give me the order until he sees my receipt. Mind you I’ve given him the name on the order, he was able to locate my order with that info and he already brought the food the the counter. He tried to grab the food before I could get it and I grabbed it told him it was my order and I had no reason to lie. So as I was walking out the store he says “don’t come back to my store or I’m going to call the police on you for trespassing!” Sir you work at McDonald’s not chic fil a. Humble yourself. I will never support this location again because it may have to do with the color of my skin that he deemed me a liar and a thief. To make things worse, the fires were cold and half empty. I combined both fires to make one full side of fries. The burgers looked weeks old. And as I walked in the young lady in front of me had an issue with her hot chocolate tasting funny and James told her their machines were recalled. Why are you serving beverages out of a recalled machine? Someone call the health department.

Arguably the worst McDonald's I've been to... and most of them are terrible.
I go through drive-thru, I ordere 3 hamburgers with ketchup only. They are smothered in onions. I cannot drive all the way back in this crazy traffic

Nothing more upsetting to see what you paid for is not what you got. I had to come home and bring my fries and put them in my air fryer, just to warm them up.Just a shame. Very disappointed. We ordered two deluxe mccrispys but they did not even give us a whole piece of chicken. It looks like the chicken that they use for the chicken biscuit. My nuggets were cold and we waited 15 minutes.

I placed an online order for delivery and they cancelled it and said my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. No explanation was given and I didn't know it was cancelled until half an hour later.
