Please be aware of cashiers and mangers stealing money i handed them a 100 bill and it got rung up as an 20 and when the cashier corrected the manger she told her to shush very suspicious!!

I ordered a burger, literally never got it. I ordered and it had been around 25 minutes, I saw other people around me who had order afterwards getting their food, didn’t think much of it and just continued waiting. At this point it had been 40 minutes, I went to the register, took about 15 minutes till someone finally acknowledged me, I told them my order and order number and asked if it would be out soon, the lady said to just wait and it would be soon. Another 20 minutes passed, now I’m just standing at the counter waiting. Then it had been around an hour and a half since I ordered, I asked the lady why I still hadn’t gotten my food and she, again, just told me to wait. It had been another 20 minutes and I started heading towards the door to leave when the lady walked up and said “if you just wait we’ll have your food” it had already been around 2 hours and I was over it. I got no food, no refund, it was a waste of time and money.

I did a pick up order through drive thru. Five kids meals and a quarter pounder with fries. The had me pull forward and I was waiting for 20 minutes. And once the food was out it was cold. And all of the Halloween buckets were the same colours? How can you make me pull forward to make sure I get my food fresh. And give me cold food. And the same buckets for all of them too? And you barely filled up my drinks! I've been going here for years and they truly have just terrible service now.

We come here all the time. The staff are nice and friendly. We were here tonight and they were slammed. There was one staff member encouraging her team to stay positive and uplifting her team. It was amazing to see her passion for the team and her fellow staff members.

Took forever on a random Tuesday evening. Line went fast but they just sent us (7 or 8 vehicles) all to the curbside parking to wait for 20 minutes.

I make this brief. Sunday morning before 10 am, place an order for 2 sausage McMuffins and 2 drinks. Was to wait in the corral with 4 other cars, at 15 mins started to in the store, as 2 employees were coming out with bags of food, yes1 was mine. Everyone who left the corral was extremely PO. My 2 muffins were cold and no cheese. Thís place has no management or service and needs to shut down.
Tried the app and ordered curbside. Waited for 25 minutes before I went inside to enquire about my order. While inside, I was being ignored by the staff. Took another 5 minutes before someone talked to me. When I asked about my curbside order, it’s been sitting at their order counter the whole time with a curbside ticket in bold print. 30 minutes total for 3 cold cheese burgers without an apology.
