This is the worst McDonalds I have ever gone to every time I go they mess up my order only reason I go is because it’s close to the house and as soon as I get home it’s wrong no sauce that I asked for multiple toppings that are wrong all I ask for is a plain burger with buffalo sauce and instead I get a burger with pickles lettuce onion and tomato to which I can’t eat terrible and a waste of money

This place went way downhill yes it's still clean what other than that they want you to use the kiosk and won't wait on you I'm sorry I don't work for McDonald's therefore I'm not checking myself out they don't give you an employee discount for checking yourself out so why should I most likely I won't be back

For the first time ever I was disappointed Had it not been for a manager ensuring I had been assisted.... The Bacon McDouble was dry meat and hard bread. Bacon was great Very disappointed.... Will I give them a second chance? Time will tell 😢

A lot of times they’ll get your order wrong, sometimes the food is overcooked or seems it slapped together in a rush with no care. This McDonald’s is really known for being understaffed, probably only having three people in the kitchen especially in the evening. Because of the understaffing, the drive thru lines are long and slow, it will also take them forever to get the speaker to get your order.

Usually I don't mind waiting at this place but tonight was horrible. I am a door dash driver and I waited over 30 minutes to get the order, just for the manager to be completely RUDE and act nothing like any manager should. If I was his boss he would be fired just by his lack of ability to manage even his own attitude much less a store . It's a shame his face represents this place . He is the prime example of what a MANAGER should not be.

Not sure if it is poor management, understaffed or staffed with employees who just do not care but this place has been deteriorating for at least a year now... food is ok.. nothing great but not the worst fast food I've eaten but employees are always being disrespectful to managers, food takes 20 plus minutes after ordering and to sum it up the place is always just a hot mess ...

I am an overnight worker and every time I come here it’s either they’re only taking money, DoorDash or there switching to breakfast which is a lie because I worked here before and it only be 2am In the morning. If overnight workers don’t want to work and service others they need to find a new job.
Kept dumb people off the cell phones stop run the mouth while on the job.One need cellphone policy no cellphone a Or watches on company inside or out while working

Waited 15 minutes in drive through with only 1 other customer to even get a response. That was only because I beeped my horn trying to back up. Then still 5 minutes after that of give me a moment. No customers there inside. I left
