It was good and the waitress was awesome. The vibe is different than the old Broad St location not bad just not as artsy. They have a plant based cheese option, so they get a extra star for that.

Dear Owner,
Your floor manager is very quick to blame YOU for the reason they cannot accommodate customers with a simple request to make their dining experience more enjoyable. Instead, our party of 11 walked out out of the restaurant before drinks were even on the table, ruining my mother's birthday lunch. Both managers and the server could use a lesson in customer service as well as an attitude adjustment.

It’s the Applebees of pizza places. It’s fine! Really, it is. Nice beer selection, pizza is good, lots of variety. Broad street is a nice location, outdoor seating is a good vibe. Staff was competent. Not sure I’d make a point of going back but I wouldn’t avoid it either.

The meal was like any other mellow mushroom, but the service and the urgency was just not it for me. Have loads of patience when there, maybe reconsider this location if you have a child that is ready to eat within 25-30 minutes of being at a restaurant.
Time: 230 not very busy.

Was sat outdoors and was not greeted for 15+ minutes and made eye contact with server many times and did not check on us or anything after this unacceptable service me and my wife left and went to pizza joint and got greeted within 1 minute of being sat.
Eating here for years even before they moved never had many issues with much most was all handled since they've moved across the street had one issue with cold items but today tried to reach manager they wouldn't make contact with me my 77 year old mother was going to eat down there and invited some of the family I told her they don't do reservations but she called anyway they told her they don't do reservations, She went down ahead of us and they sat her at high tables, she has hard time sitting at those tables so to not have flat area to hold her legs without circulation issue, the rest of us got there 12 mins after her and I immediately went and asked if we could put together low tables in the front sitting area, the hostess and a waitress said there's a reservation on those. THEY ARE RESERVED? I asked how when y'all don't do reservation and y'all just told my mother y'all don't do reservation, waitress said they paid 50 dollars to reserve 35 chairs for trivia........ Yeah. American way.
We came in hr before their 630 reservation ... we were done by 630. When we left there was only 11 people in the whole front room
I called on the way home to make reservation for 35 people next Tuesday and she told me they don't reserve tables or areas

Good pizza and good people. I have had issues the past several times I've been here with ordering pick up. I ordered it and it's says it's ready at certain time but when I get there they need 15-20-30 more minutes to finish an order from an hour ago. Why say it's ready at a certain time and it not be ready at that time.

Regular pizza was delish, they do have a gluten-free option pizza which has great toppings but the crust reminded me of cardboard so it wasn't half bad. My spouse had the merry prankster with the garlic aoli sauce and said it was tasty to the max, a must try.
