Got there around 11:10, opened at 11:00. Doors were locked, had to call multiple times to get someone to open the door. Yogurt was like water. ALL OF THEM. If it takes a while to freeze then they need to have people there earlier to turn the machines on!

Go to Tutti Frutti, flavors are better. Staff doesn't refill, clean, empty trash, and stares at customers cleaning up messes that aren't even theirs.

Just went in and was asked to leave because pets are not allowed. My service dog is clearly marked. I tried to explain it was not a pet, but a service dog and was told I could leave her outside. The gentleman refused to listen or hear me talk. Wow. Maybe the employees need to learn about ADA laws. Good place or not, service dogs are allowed. I have been here before many times with my service dog with no issues, but tonight definitely was upsetting to experience this.

Very good! I wish they would have let me know that today was "5 dollar fill up Mondays." I didn't get that much ice cream today for my 3 year old and I, but was up charged for the difference 😳. No signs inside either to let anyone know. I just want to let everyone know that about Monday. The owner or manager wasn't there tonight, but he is extremely friendly!

I had high hopes for this place. Saw a TV show which had a group of "foodie critics" sampling around the country to determine WHO had the best yogurt in the country. This group decided this brand had, "THE BEST". I felt the taste had a chemical-ish taste. I had three different flavors, each one had the time same odd after taste.Could have been some residual solution in the machines that didn't wash out completely. I get it, as with all artificial recreations involving the attempt to achieve replicating the natural flavors don't transfer to the final product. I'll say, I will return to give them another try to see if it was my wrongful interpretation of the product since my first time. I'll certainly recant this writing to make it good. Just my humble opinion here.
