I went to MOD pizza for the first time today’s d the customer service was nothing but amazing. Shout out to Jasmine W. for helping me out so much!

My husband and I come here once a week pretty much-we can each get exactly what we want and it doesn’t cost an arm and leg to add all the toppings we’re craving! cute casual date spot and the staff is always friendly- very clean which is a plus

Ordered a "extra crispy" pizza. And hour later it shows up uncooked and cold and soggy.

The staff was rude.. nothing like unlimited.. when I ask to add toppings they refuse and argue with me like I never visited any Mod pizza before...

Went in on a Sunday afternoon place was pretty much empty. Told the young man I would be ordering 3 pizzas he left the counter clocked out and didn't say a word. Another team member apologized and said he would be right with me, okay no problem. He seemed to be annoyed the other staff member just left. For 10 bucks per pizza it seems staff is reluctant to give you cheese or adequate toppings. When you request it on the pizza you are paying for I got nothing but attitude and still not enough. He then left and clocked out too! The staff is young not disrespectful in any way but every time I am in there no one seems happy to be there and have an attitude because you want your 10 pizza the way you want it. I won't be going back for awhile.

I've eaten here for years and the staff get ruder and ruder every time. I don't ask for anything special, just ordering a pizza and they act like you're inconveniencing them by asking them to put some toppings on a pizza (literally their job). Cleanliness matches their attitude, floor is dirty with remnants of spills on the floor right after opening.

Food is good but everything else is getting worse and worse every visit. Won't be returning.

Just ordered a delivery order of three entree salads. They sent small salads Instead withaybe 3 peices of chicken each. Paid way too much for a small salad with no meat.

I'm not much for leaving reviews but after stumbling across this incredibly amazing spot, I had to.
I'm from south Florida up here for work and I travel ALL day. Saw this place from across a work site and gave it a try. Now the pizza wad hands down the best thing I've ever had. Haven't never being to one of these I would've been overwhelmed but the angel of a lady helping me MS. JASMINE ! put me at ease while she took the time to not only walk me through, but recommended perfect combinations of sauces and toppings. Aside from being very knowledgeable in her craft, she was the most welcoming customer service I can honestly say I've EVER had ! .
So thank you ms. Jasmine and team ! You'll be my spot any time I'm in town

Stood in line while the family was being helped. The employees proceeded to ignore myself and two babies who were clearly hungry and helped the family behind me. Nobody ever acknowledged me or asked if I've been helped. Will never go back!
