Where do I even begin?
This is NOT the same restaurant from my childhood. The food was NOT good at all...it made my entire family sick to the point my Mom had to go to the hospital.
No flavor.
No taste.
Plus whatever they are doing to the food you will end up sick to your stomach.
Seriously.
Why they are still open is BEYOND me.
The food is NOT authentic Asian in ANYWAY.
Please find a better place to take your family because food poisoning sucks ?

I have tried a lot of this type of food, I normally don't eat it all that often. I was introduced to New Chan by my best friend in a hurried moment. That's all it took. This is done right, the staff is second to none, this is the only eating establishment that doesn't beat you over the head with the tip. Here you won't mind giving a tip. I recommend New Chan over P. F. Chang.

I went to purchase wings, but told staffing to please cook them fresh. They have wings just sitting for fast purchase. I didn’t want them, considering they sit for a limited time. They dropped the wings back in the grease, and wanted them serve to me. That was totally unacceptable to me!!!. I pay for fresh cooked food not sit for hours food. I immediately told them to not serve me something that I specifically told you I didn’t want!!!!! Yeah they speak a different language and I was skeptical about even purchasing anything!!!
