I have tried a lot of this type of food, I normally don't eat it all that often. I was introduced to New Chan by my best friend in a hurried moment. That's all it took. This is done right, the staff is second to none, this is the only eating establishment that doesn't beat you over the head with the tip. Here you won't mind giving a tip. I recommend New Chan over P. F. Chang.

This is some of the best Chinese food in the CSRA. The thing I love most about New Chan is their consistent flavor and generous portions. I would know been a customer of theirs for over a decade and Baby when I rave about a place I mean it, I'm a true foodie and MR LI'S chicken wings and BBQ ribs are heaven in a takeout plate. His fried wontons are so crispy and generously filled with cream cheese goodness they're a must. His staff is always friendly and helpful....
