O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Went here with the family on 2/25/23. I had steak, tenders, BBQ rib, fries and Mac n cheese along with a strawberry margarita. Everything was good except for the rib and Mac n cheese. They were not what I was expecting. Love the Margarita, though. I ordered two.

Had a wonder time last night! Everything was perfect! The food was great and our waitress Ashley was awesome! She was beautiful inside and out. She made sure we had everything we needed, and she answered every question we had. She was kind and patient. She went over and beyond our expectations! We left with smiles on our faces. She definitely made the visit great and made us want to come back soon! THANK YOU ASHLEY!

2022-11: This review is based of having food delivered by a third party. There are some aspects of this review that take that into account. I ordered a gallon of Sweet Tea and a Build Your Own Combo with 2 pieces of Atlantic Cod, 6 oz. Top Sirloin, Smashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese and updated it to add on a Side House Salad with Ranch and a slice of Ooey Gooey Caramel Pie. When I received my order, the restaurant had not sealed the bag, so I cannot say if my items left the restaurant as the pictures show or if it happened upon leaving the restaurant. Everything was present, but the pie was a sad excuse for a slice of pie. Seeing the pie the way it was, I was not too interested in eating any of the food since I didn't know if had been messed with by the delivery driver. I did not get a picture of the gallon of Sweet Tea, but it was either not filled fully or it was messed with by the delivery driver. The gallon container was not sealed as it should have been. Two rolls should have come with the meal, but I only received one and the honey butter container looked as if someone had scraped about half out, leaving very little. I'm pretty upset by this experience because I ended up choosing not to eat any of the food due to the pie and the gallon of tea being like it was. I understand that the delivery service could have easily played a role in my experience, but I will not be ordering from here by a third party again, and I've never eaten in any O'Charley's physical restaurant. Undecided if I will ever attempt to do so.

Persons with Disabilities are NOT welcome here!This store Deserves ZERO stars! The employees were very rude and inconsiderate. 1 pm on Wed afternoon, there is ONE table occupied. We came in and I had to go looking for someone. There was NO employees in sight. I had to go back toward the kitchen and finally waved down an employee. She came out and took one look at my mom - who has a service dog (wearing a service vest and labeled leash) and spun on her heals - in passing - said “ill get right back with a manager”.It took a loooong time. We were tired and upset having just come from the hospital with my Dad - so after at least 5 minutes standing there, I , again, walked back toward the kitchen where I could hear the employees talking quite loudly. The lady who had come out earlier was saying “Well THEY will just HAVE to sit out on the patio”. Then I heard another voice say something about “ cant have a dog inside”…. Next the lady comes out and I say to her….” This IS a service dog, and you never even asked us before you ran off”. Meanwhile I had seen a guy in the bar and asked for the manager, who came quickly. We apologized to her for our possibly being tired and irritable but also made it clear to the manager that we did not appreciate the way the employee had disrespected and ignored us.The original employee sat us at a dirty table (no menu or silverware) by waving the hand and saying “just sit here”, then ran off. Another guest came in and was sat immediately right behind us and before they could even get comfortable, had water and bread on their table!! We had not even been visited by a waitress at that point!!We walked out!!Attached photo is of the empty restaurant as we walked out and the original employee standing and talking with the new guests - not caring that we left apparently.

I have always loved it there but today service and food was poor. Hopefully whenever I decide to go back it will be better. Waitress not attentive and food was cold even though Manager said they have 5 cooks and gave a $2 discount….wtf

This was literally the worst restaurant I have been to in 50 years…. Ordered med-rare steak and it came out raw !!! The waitress took ten minutes after we were seated to take our drink order and app order. Then when she took the food order she messed it up three times… there were only four customers when we arrived and I understand why now. Then she saw how raw the steak was and asked if I wanted her to take it back and finish cooking, I denied and I ordered asparagus and received broccoli, then when she finally brought the asparagus out I was finished eating and it was not even cooked. I would never recommend this place for anyone.

We had dinner tonight to celebrate my cousin’s birthday. He was home from Texas. His mom called and asked us to meet her and help her celebrate his bid day!Our waiter was Chasity. She was fresh out of training. She did an awesome job serving us. She frequently visited us and gave us everything we needed. She was so pleasant and always smiling. Even after we were finished eating, she continued to come back to the table and asked if she could help us.She even assisted us in pulling up the google review page. We were a bit technologically challenged, but she was patient with us!She constantly asked for us to be patient with her because she was really working hard to do a great job. And she did! When we gave her the tip, she was so appreciative.She was young, but very respectful. She was a joy to have as a waiter and to spend the evening with on my cousin’ birthday!

There were five of us, two granddaughters and Shykerra A was our server. She treated us as if we were royalty, highly recommend her if you want a great evening! The food was terrific, service was fantastic!! Highly recommend this location!

We recently enjoyed a late supper at this unit.The dining room staff was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, prompt, and sweet.After a very long traveling, the meal hit the spot!Cudos also to the back of the house team!My Grilled Salmon salad was well seasoned, prepared, and served with the variety of requested dressings.As was my guests Club Sandwich - which unfortunately contained several slices of cheese that was of overly air dried from being poorly wrapped.Drinks were served cold and well made.We appreciated utilizing a $10 off coupon received from a substandard customer service experience in at South Carolina unit.Our only real concern was that the dining room temperature was freezing. And having not dined with O'Charleys in quite a while, there were no dining incentives in the O'Charleys app.

Service was terrible, the place is ran for old people, could be a great place like twin peaks! Need better music, dimmer lights, and a manager that wants to make a difference. The atmosphere is made for people in their 60's!! You have a whole bar! Nobody sits there! Why! It's a boring atmosphere!Now I had a to-go- order and asked for ranch and the ranch is sour!!! Gross ?!! The manager in the purple shirt was terrible at training and caring about customer service and his associates!! Time 8:15pm when this happened on Friday 13th!! Terrible I will not ever go back to this establishment!!

Everything was awesome. Our waiter Carmen was amazing and on top of everything, she brought refills right on time our food was out in a timely manner and was very good. The only negative was there was water coming out of the air vent and it was a little cold, other than that anytime we go to O'Charley's that will be the one we go to.

I must say by far this was the best experience I’ve ever had in life. Our server Brittany was TOP TIER. She anticipated our needs, offered suggestions and she has a wonderful personality. My daughter and I shared a full rack of ribs with the Nashville Hot Sauce, a double order of sweet smash and for dessert we had apple cobbler with ice cream. Everything was absolutely amazing! I wanted to lick every plate that we were served on. The food was excellent and I had the opportunity to thank the manager. Indeed a great experience. Please come by and ask for Brittany!

Our Waitress Sha Was Very Attentive and The Manager Made Sure Our Drinks Were Made Over Taste Better. The Salmon Plank With Loaded Mashed Potatoes & Mac&Cheese Was Amazing. Will Definately Return

Postive: Great service and food. We was celebrating my husband's Birthday. The waitress made it, good experience.Negative: We went up to the hostess. She said that she had to clean a table for us. We saw four dirty tables. It looked like they was short staff.

I sat at the bar and ordered a old fashion. I ordered the appetizer sampler combo while I waited on my to go order. I ordered cheese squares and the fried chicken salad to go. The old fashion was delicious ? it had a sweet hint from the cherries I’m guessing that made it sweeter than normal but it was Really Good. The sampler came with fried chicken tenders, potato skins and more cheese squares….lol the cheese squares are addicting. If you try them, you’ll understand. The bartender provided great service and was very attentive of everyone at the bar and those sitting in the bar area. None of the food disappointed me. I’ll be sure to be back for more cheese squares and more food I’m sure!
