The server was friendly, attentive and brought food promptly.

Parking: Plenty of handicap slots.

Kid-friendliness: I heard several tables ordering for their children (approximately aged 2 years through 10).

My wife wanted to go here for her birthday. I agreed reluctantly seeing how the same restaurant on Washington rd was offal. The service was ok it was very busy, the drink my wife had was wrong. This means one of two things the bartender doesn't know what they are doing or they don't care. My wife liked her entree myself seeing what wrong was going on had Calamari. It was cold and oily, when I go to Pigeon Forge Tennessee we stop by the Olive Garden on the park way. Everything is cooked to perfection and the Calamari is awesome. Needless to say we won't be back.

Service was sub par for Olive Garden. My wife and I were there on 2/20/25 around 2pm and the bartender was not very attentive or polite. Had to ask for silverware after he brought the salad. Did not bring any plates for the bread. Just not the service we are accustomed to at Olive Garden. Had to ask for refills on drinks. 👎

First time at this particular establishment. The tables were too small. We didn't get any salad and bread sticks until we asked for them. Food was average, wait time a little long, Not everything available on the menu so that was bummer. Iced tea was bland. The waitress was nice but the overall experience was just ok. I left feeling dissatisfied. We had the shrimp and chicken alfredo. The ziti fritta appetizer was not great, mozzarella sticks were good but that's about it! I probably wouldn't come back here.

The only down fall for me being it's a very new restaurant was where we sat. It was a very dark table. Food was fine . Wait was 20 minutes on a Saturday night at 8:30.

Love their food

Was rudely told by a Caucasian blond young lady who was not my server or the manager that I had to leave at 10:05 pm.

Mind you that my server left the bill on the table and did not return to retrieve or even ask me if I wanted to pack up my dinner.

Really feel disappointed and disrespected. Will never come back to this establishment again.
