Everything was great!! Our service was pretty slow, but the food made up for it!

The food, the service, and the atmosphere! This place has it all. The food is made with fresh ingredients and the drinks are unique and specific to each season. If you are looking for a perfect dinner date night, look no further. May I suggest the truffle garlic dough bites and a fresh side salad as a starter.

From everything I heard, I expected a lot more from this place. The ambience of the restaurant itself was pleasant, as well as the location and accessibility. The menu however, was utterly lacking in flavor. I had a pasta dish. The pepino carpaccio.. I’m probably butchering the name. It was truly bland and indistinguishable from overcooked spaghetti noodles. The sauce, if it could be called that, had no flavor or depth. Maybe I should have tried the pizza instead. Overall, was not worth the price.

We went out to eat with a friend and didn’t have a reservation, but the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We decided to sit at the bar, which turned out to be a great choice. The atmosphere was lively, and we especially loved the live music it really added to the experience.
The bartender took excellent care of us and was very pleasant throughout. The restaurant was also very accommodating to vegetarian preferences. Upon our request they prepared a pasta dishes from the menu per our test which we really appreciated.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The Mediterranean salad was fantastic, and I absolutely loved my pasta. Great service, delicious food, and a fun vibe definitely a place we’d return to!

The atmosphere and food are amazing! The service needs lotss of improvement. The food makes you want to forget the bad service and leave a nice tip, but then when you want to pay for the bill and it takes forever for the workers to come over to give you a bill. Then you remember the bad service all over again smh. They would be great if they had better customer service and you didn’t have to wait for someone come to check on you every 30 minutes. And we were sitting at the bar which wasn’t even busy so that made it even worse.

I used to love going to Olivianas for brunch, haven’t been in a while and went today for my sisters bday, sadly the changed the menu to a very limited/ basic one, was really surprised how empty it was. The drink I order wasn’t even that good, idk if it was because of the time but I was not impressed, the worst part were the pancakes we send back because they were burnt and still had to pay a portion of it even though they were uneatable !

This was my third time at Olivianas. I ordered chicken parmigiana and tiramisu ( to go). The chicken was dry and burnt. The Tiramisu was a mess! Cut into three pieces it looked terrible. When I inquired to the hostess why it looked like a mess, she said it that it separated! However, the waitress lack of concern is what called my attention and my friends. We were never offered bread and had to ask for water and lemon. A $20 dollar tip that was not earned. And lastly, we were seated next to the kitchen ( lots of noise) neddelessto say it was not a good experience!

New chief has taken all the good things off the menu. This was hands down the best restaurant in Augusta and now the best menu options are done. Bring back the truffle chicken it was amazing!!

They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great experience.
The food is first rate, served in a timely manner and Hot!
All the staff are here for you, and they have each other's back. I've been there a number of times and it's always good. Jazz playing in the background, but you can easily have a conversation. Highly recommend.

I decided to try Oliviana Ristorante in Augusta. I was seated about 4:45 pm Sat 9/13/2025, party of 1, since I called my children at short notice and none are available. It is a lovely restaurant and greeter (Marianna) and waitress (Laney) are very nice. (Forgive me if I misspelled their names) The Porkchop Marsala was perfection, I loved the asparagus (instead of fingerlings) and broccolini. I have been searching for a Tiramasu dessert this tasty and moist for decades! I finally found a slice of Tiramasu that is better than the first wonderful piece of tiramasu I ever had! Very happy there was enough left of the meal and dessert for leftovers tomorrow! Even the decaf coffee and cream after dessert was delightful! 😁

been here a couple times and the dinner tonight was all around fantastic. Corey was a great server easily one of the best we've had anywhere. the ribeye was killer as always! Drinks were awesome! they did us good for our anniversary! even put out special menus for the occasion
