Hot and sour soup did not have enough/proper ratio of rice vinegar, was way too bland. Egg drop soup was also very bland. I frequently get both at location all over so the lack of seasoning is related to this restaurant. Everything else was good.

Our food was excellent. It was all very fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we ordered. We appreciated the specials and the constantly evolving menu but were thankful for the restaurant keeping our old favorites too. Our server was friendly, efficient, and professional. The restaurant was moderately filled with patrons, and the noise level was comfortable. Overall, it was a nice evening out at the best Chinese restaurant in the area.

I love PF Changs and will go to different ones every time I travel. This was my first time at the Augusta location. Very disappointing. I had an egg drop soup that tasted like some eggs were dropped in another very spicy soup. We had crispy beef that was not crispy at all. And the fried rice was mainly rice with soy sauce. Will not go to this location again.

Horrible, horrible service. The restaurant was pretty empty, maybe 3 or 4 tables seated. Took 10 minutes for the hostess to finally acknowledge our party, and another five to seat us. There were staff, but they seemed preoccupied with everything but the customers who wanted to dine.

Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Several staff walked by and didn't even acknowledge us. It's like we were lepers.

We watched three other parties enter, be seated, and receive their drinks before we finally gave up and left. A 30-minute adventure with nothing so much as a stop by any of the staff to let us know they were going to take care of us.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving, this place should have been packed. I guess the locals know something we don't.

Avoid this place and get cheaper, better food in the mall. At least they want your business.

This is a wonderful place to eat, as soon as we walked in they seated us in our table. The menu had so much variety it was hard to choose. The service was wonderful but a different server came by and gave us soup. It was a very plain broth with nothing looking almost like water, so we asked the different server if it was Hot & Sour soup. They had said it was but we still weren’t sure because the pictures were vastly different. Our original server came by and when we asked her. she had said it was Wonton Soup. She handled it wonderfully and gave us the correct order. It tasted really good and had small hints of smoky and sourness. After eating they gave us the lettuce wrap and it was so good. The cold and hot contrasted perfectly and the filling had a crunchy texture and ginger like flavor. After that we were waiting for our entree. It was quite a long wait but it was soon worth it when they got us our entrees. The sesame black chicken was seasoned and sauced to perfection which is a must order for me. The pieces of the chicken were actually able to be seen unlike other places and it was handled super well. The Pad Thai also was very delicious and not too sweet. This was the real definition of smoky flavor. The atmosphere is very fun to be in, there are waiters taking orders, parties of people talking and laughing, and some music playing along. The aesthetic of the place was perfect and the tables weren’t sticky or anything. The price was a little surprising but it was worth it. Will definitely come back.

The Mongolian Tofu was really good. Also, our server (I think his name is Bryan) did a great job.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve honestly never had service this bad anywhere. We walked in and ordered some appetizers and drinks. I tried to order something off their seasonal menu, which was printed on the table and listed on their website, but our server said it wasn’t available yet. Fine, I picked something else. A few minutes later, my friend ordered another seasonal item, and the same server said she’d check and came back saying it actually was available. So I asked again about the dumplings I originally wanted, and now they were somehow available too.

The restaurant was basically empty, maybe four other tables, and our server only had two to handle. Still, everything took forever. A group that came in after us got all their appetizers before we even got our drinks. We had to flag down another waiter, who apologized and said there had been a mix-up in the kitchen.

When food finally started coming out, it was just a mess. I got the miso dumplings I was told weren’t available, and they came out cold. None of our original appetizers had arrived, and we had to remind the server again about our drinks.

Other servers ended up bringing out most of our food and even apologized for our original server. The only time our server actually came by was once to ask, “Did you get all your food?” when the table was already full, and then again to drop off the check while we were still eating. She never once checked if we needed anything.

We had asked to split the check evenly, but she didn’t do that and just came back to grab it. At that point, we had completely given up.

What made it worse was that it really felt like we were being treated differently from other tables. The lack of attention and dismissive attitude toward us compared to nearby guests made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and honestly discriminatory.

The food itself was great, but the service was so bad it completely ruined the meal. I wouldn’t recommend dining in here at all. Maybe try takeout instead, because what we experienced wasn’t even close to real service.

Order some P.F. Chang’s tonight and I think I’ll definitely skip them from now on. The chicken for the chicken lettuce wraps were burnt. How they sent that out??? My husband got the orange chicken and it was okay just not worth the $18.99 price tag. Highly disappointed and do NOT recommend.

Kemyia was a wonderful server for the birthday dinner party we attended this evening. She was fast, friendly, and efficient. We would recommend her as a server for large groups. It was a stream-less experience with wonderful customer service.

Kemyia was our server and she was AWESOME! Attentive, funny, great memory and so calm even with our rambunctious birthday crew. My first time at PF Chang’s and I would definitely come back because of her awesome service!

The service is terrible. The bartender disappears and there isn’t anyone in the restaurant but me and 6 other people. I had to call the restaurant phone in order to get service at the bar. It’s sad we asked the manager where she was and she was like I don’t know. SMH

Food was missing flavor. Both our soup tasted like watered down vegetable soup with egg and served cold. The mongolian beef is very dry. Service is unbelievably slow and forgetful.
