My husband and I visited the restaurant on Valentine’s Day while it was noticeably busy it was to be expected on this day. We exited the elevator to find a line of people waiting to be seated. We had 8:00 reservations and were sat by 830 is by George. George was phenomenal in managing getting people checked in and seated along with helping to clear tables as well. My husband and I visited on January 1st at 6:30 pm to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary and the New Year.
The food was very good. We started with the fried green tomatoes, which were perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and paired nicely with the spicy ranch. For dinner, I had the shrimp and grits, which were excellent. My husband ordered the ribeye; although he requested medium-well and it arrived closer to well-done, he still enjoyed it.

We had a 6:30pm seating, but came little early and was seated at 5:30pm. The staff was very good and kept the water glasses filled. The food was very good and I would recommend 8595 for a quiet and nice dinner option in Augusta. 5 Stars.
