Quick service Chinese restaurant that sells familiar items such as orange chicken, fried rice, and lo mein, as well as their own signature dishes such as the walnut shrimp. The experience is more like the Asian restaurants you would see in the mall rather than the hole in the wall family businesses. The service was very good: orders taken quickly and the ladies working are friendly and attentive. The food itself is average to subpar. The protein entrees such as the chicken and Mongolian beef were lukewarm and chewy to bite as they are hardened, and they are drowned in a thick overly sweet sauce to where it feels like you are eating just the orange and Mongolian sauce rather than orange chicken or Mongolian beef. The rice was also hard as well. Overall if you don’t mind eating food sitting in heating containers for a long period of time, you might enjoy this option for a quick meal.

My family & I have visited this Panda Express many times! Food is always fantastic! Service is wonderful! Restaurant is always super clean! Great choice of dishes! Safe area! Plenty of free parking in a parking lot! Try the Teriyaki Chicken! It is delicious! I haven't ever had anything there that I didn't like! Hot, fresh, & yum! This Panda Express is right in the middle of all kinds of stores and shopping. There is also a movie theater nearby. One of my favorite shopping areas and I'm a local. I attached a picture of my meal! I have to apologize though! The portions are huge but I had already eaten some from my meal before I remembered to take a picture. It was just that delicious!
Parking: Plenty of free parking in a parking lot. Safe parking.

Now, before I start my long review I need you to join the Rewards program because it pretty much pays for itself and you'll save money every single time. I've visited this location as well as the one located in Mullins Colony. The level of customer service at both locations hasn't changed any. Every once in a while you might run into an issue like the ice machine being down that is because they are cleaning it possible build up. Many restaurants will continue to serve their customers knowing there is build up that is a lesson for another day!
I'm not sure how Panda Express prepares the Orange Chicken to taste so good but I understand why it is a signature dish. I had a bite of the Orange Chicken and needless to say the plate was gone before I could even take a picture. Honestly, I wanted to get in my SUV and go back to give the workers a hug. I'm a picky eater and ecstatic I have another place I can add to my list of restaurants. Thank you for amazing servers #2418 especially Jozyln! I will be back soon because the rewards program gave me a free small A La Carte Entree when I purchase another 2-entree plate.

These people feed you like your 5yrs old and charge you like your buying a whole steak and Lobster like yawl to expensive and the food taste nasty rice hard not soft chicken tough this is why I don't eat Chinese food disgusting ?

spend a lil extra gas go to the evan’s one this one not worth it the pictures speak for themselves not to mention they won’t return anything back let alone the manager won’t talk to you. because how was she “not here right now” and then five minutes later oh she’s here “its just a rush right now?” They send you back to the store which for me is a 20 min drive and it’s my nearest one but that’s all they can offer you is to come back and get your meal or a future date which i haven’t eaten here in4-5 months but yes panda express makes a mistake and they expect you to call corporate and “try” to get your money back which is what they told me! that i can “try” I will keep pursing this till someone is reprimanded. i own a business a restaurant what they “offer” you is illegal i paid for my “service” my food and didn’t receive it and you guys expect for me not to receive my money back or for us/me to fix it? Good luck with what’s coming next
oh and you have to call 8-10 times for them to answer
