We used the App to pre-order but our food was not on the pick up shelf. After 10 minutes the expeditor asked my name. Our food was sitting behind her all ready! However, it gets worse. She says go to the cashier for the bagel and pastry. I go there and stand in line an additional 10 minutes because there is only one person working the register and it is dinner time. After 15 minutes in line a girl says she can help. She looks at our order and says that we have to wait for the bagel to be toasted! Extremely frustrating. Using the App added at least 20 additional minutes. They need to get some help to fix their preparation system so App users are rewarded NOT PENALIZED. I WILL NOT COME AGAIN!

I ordered the French Dip sandwich and the Asiago Bagel Stach (Chicken). They were both excellent sandwiches -- very tasty, moist (one would expect that with the French Dip), and warm. I would recommend them! BOTH!

This is my first time trying the BBQ chicken sandwich. I gave it 4 stars. Overall, it was good. Good taste and texture. But lacking in chicken. The first half I tried had very little chicken. The second half had just a tad more chicken. Just one small chunk. Service was quick, and the sandwich was fresh. As you can see on the left the only piece of chicken in the sandwich.

I placed an order online and my husband picked it up. One of the soups was missing along with the baguette. The soup that did make it was cold, the grilled cheese was inedible and they forgot the vanilla in the iced coffee. I tipped 20% and didn’t have any crazy requests. I’m in from out of town and I’m sick, so this made it worse.

They have good options. I got half sandwich and soup deal. It is good value but portions are not that big. Store is not as clean as other stores I visited.

I got diagnosed with hypertension today. I asked my wife to pick up two salads for dinner. she brings them home (40mins) away and we have NO dressing. This just makes my blood pressure go up even more.

Nice vegan options Was part of a large, catered lunch. The Mediterranean sandwich or salad was one of the options. I had the Mediterranean sandwich made vegan by omitting the cheese. It was delightful, very flavorful. Unfortunately the cookie contains animal allergens (egg and milk). If stuck eating Panara again, I would happily order this sandwich again.
