Easter Sunday we stopped in at 7:20. Store was empty, but place was dirty. Every table and many chairs had food on them, probably from the day before. Nasty!

Sat in the dining area and waited for food for a long time to find that food was ready, but no one called out our name for pickup because the order was placed on the take out/pickup section.

I went to this location today about 7 a.m., no other customers there and the woman at the counter did not greet me, acted as though she did not want to be there, then finally acknowledged me after several minutes. I placed my order and when I tried to pay with cash, she asked if I had a smaller amount other than $100 bill and I replied that was all I had, she replied, wait a minute, left counter to confer with another lady, then came back to tell me that she could not accept the $100. It's sad when an establishment cannot make change for a $20 purchase and give the customer $80 change from a $100. Very unprofessional attitude and I will never return to this location. Chic Fil A right down the street was too happy to accept my $100, make change and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Panera Bread needs to train your staff on customer service!

Got a greek salad. It would of been great if they didn't charge me for the chicken I asked for and didn't get on it.

Apparently, it's frowned upon and rude to ask an employee who just took a bunch of cash and counted it in her gloves to change her gloves before making my bagel. It seems like common sense to me. Money is so filthy regardless, you should always change your glove after every customer. I can just imagine how many bagels she touched in the baskets with dirty gloves. ??♀️

I don't know why Panera is always dirty no matter which one I go to no one seems to clean any tables, My food is okay everything is microwave though or done in some sort of a turbo chef and the last time I went in when you select the no tip option it wouldn't let you process the card until you select it a tip it wouldn't let you process the card until you select it a tip

A good bagel with cream cheese and a charged lemonade is my favorite.I like the location on Robert C Daniel as well as the Evans location to meet friends and clients. The atmosphere is quiet but can be loud as lunch time comes closer. The service is always kind and quick. The Evans location is my most frequented spot.
While waiting to pick my food up I step back against the wall got paint on my jacket there were not wet paint signs posted not looking for a reimbursement for the jacket. But don't lie to me and tell that you had signs posted when they were not this happened at the Augusta exchange

My fiance and I stopped by to try the squash soup different but good and no long lines .
It was my first time trying Panera and I was very pleased. The service was friendly and the food was fresh. I had a sandwich with bacon, smoked gouda, avocado, and chipotle sauce with sourdough bread and it was very very good.
