I love Papa John's. However, I don't know who makes the pizza here or who trained them, but pepperoni and other toppings go on top of the cheese! This makes a difference in the taste and they put the pepperoni under the cheese so the pepperoni is not crispy. Please put the toppings on top of the cheese. I don't even order extra cheese so I know that is not the reason why. Every other site puts the pepperoni on top of the cheese! I will go get dominoes before I have to order at this location.

Tonight when I got my pizza the customer service was horrible.. I went through the drive-thru, and the cashier payed no attention to the fact that I was in the drive thru. She completely turned her head and was more into being on the phone. I also order this pizza on line so the Pizza should have been fresh and hot, but it wasn’t. My Campaign go inside to get the pizza, and it’s a long wait still. So I will not be ordering from Papa John’s on Peach Orchard again.It was very disappointing. I had just got off work, and all I wanted was a good Customer Service, and good quality pizza, but unfortunately that did not take place. I will be going to Walton Way from now on where they give better quality and the best Customer Service .

Never had a problem with them before, but I didn't get my cheese sticks, extra sauce I paid for and got 3 cheese pizzas instead of 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Person I spoke to was extremely rude cut me off mid sentence of explaining what went wrong with my order. And ultimately refused to make it right. Highly dissatisfied with their customer service and how they treat peoples problems up there.

Good service. The food is always great. And this is my go-to place when I need something for dinner, and I want it fast. All I have to do is place an order, and sometimes I have to wait, depending, but it's a great Papa john's pizza. There are no tables. Is a call or place an order and go kind of place.
Vegetarian options: It's a pizza palour place the order on the phone, you either pick it up to take home or they deliver to your house if you're in range, it's a great restaurant to order food to go.
Parking: Hwy 25,peach orchard road right in the same parking lot of kJ's grocery store.

Horrible customer service came to this location multiple times and always have to wait and there’s always an attitude. I ask the girl a question calmly and respectful she got an attitude all because I asked did something happen with my order. After I told her I didn’t have an attitude and was only asking for clarity. She continued to have an attitude. Last time coming to this location. My visit before todays, this same girl let my pizza sit and when I tried to let her know my food was sitting she ignored me. And when I got home I had to reheat my pizza. Never again.

Only giving 2 stars because I talked the the manager and she was very understanding of the situation. Placed an order and got the wrong order (it came via doordash instead of what i thought would be regular delivery). We called to get it fixed and didn't touch the one we got in case they needed proof. For some reason this order also came with 2 empty boxes. The young lady I spoke to on the phone said it would take 15 minutes which I thought was reasonable since the food was ready and the delivery person just grabbed the wrong one. WRONG! I called back one time past the 15 minutes and the automated phone line said there was just a delay in delivery and I asked to maybe get a refund since by this time we just decided to eat the incorrect order which was now cold. The same young lady on the phone who i spoke to when the order was wrong answered and I asked to talk to a manager twice after stating my reasoning and she got frustrated when I had to ask for a third time. She hung up on me stating "I don't have to do anything for you." I don't know if she was new or just was having a bad day but I don't think I'll be getting delivery from here again. Our food arrived shortly after this (it took 40 minutes) and I had to reach the manager through our second delivery person since the young woman at the store was incredibly rude. I placed the original order at 6:09 pm and it arrived around 8:20.

Ordered online from Augusta/Peach Orchard Rd store. Order went to DoorDash for delivery, but I could tell from the tracker that the driver was at the store for at least 15mim after pizza showed as ready. When the driver got here almost an hour and a half after the order was placed it was the WRONG order. Driver said she asked the store if it was the right order for her delivery and someone told her it was. She was going to go back to the store and get the correct order, after it has been sitting there so long, NO THANKS. Papa John's is too expensive and takes too long to get to put up with order mix-ups. WILL NOT ORDER PAPA JOHN'S AGAIN EVER!

Beter ingredients, yeah right. Also the NY crust isn't NY if it's heavy doughy crust. Try using real mozzarella and learn how to stretch dough.

Ordered pizza. On tracker it was prepped cooked and picked up to be delivered. Never made it to my house. After trying to call the store 6 times I was informed it was stolen by doordash. Why use an outside company to deliver my food. Never again Papa Johns. Long wait just to get to delivery process and never arrives what a joke. I got pizza from Dominos instead. It showed up atleast.
