I had an order that was a little iffy on one pizza. The manager was so polite and offered to send out another pizza to compensate. My family was so grateful.

The food was delivered yet again later than the original time by about 20 -30 minutes. Has been taking close to an hour to get our deliveries. Food was LUKE WARM I think because they have hired Door dash. A couple showed up with our food. NO HEATING Bag to keep the food warm so our food was semi-cold. Very disappointing as well the Italian bowl was VERY SMALL AND COLD AND THE CHEESE WAS ALL HARD. Couldn’t even eat it, it was so cold. Never will I ever order from here again. Horrible food and it used to be good and it sucks now especially the delivery. I’d rather drive to Little Ceasers where I know I’ll get good tasting HOT FOOD on TIME.

I came to pick up my order two black ladies saw me look at me 1 look like she said something to me with hand movements and went back to do something with boxes I seen them dancing and laughing I was waiting for atleast 3-4 mins for them to hand me my order this is very very bad customer

I had ordered a Meatlover Pizza with Light Sauce When i tell you Baby this pizza was so Weak!!! and Unpleasent!!! And they didnt even put extra cheese which I substitute for another Topping. The Pizza was Dry and its like they didnt spread the extra chese through out the whole pizza The Toppings didnt Taste Fresh im Just so Disappointed With Papa Johns Like Really 2 Thumbs down and definitely not thinking about Coming Back to your establishment!!!!!

I wish I can give no stars. Poor customer service. I made a complaint because I received uncooked chicken wings food, the quality / appearance of my food wasn’t appealing! The store never answer, and after waiting a long time while the line just rings, it hangs up after 5 minutes! I will never spend my money here again ! They have lost a loyal customer! And I am super loyal me and my family order here weekly! Very dissatisfied!

They said 35 to 45 minutes and took an hour and fifteen. They already charge a delivery fee, which in my opinion should go to the driver only, but I told my daughters to give the driver a couple bucks before they came. I ordered for my daughter's at home because we were in the hospital. She gave him 6 bucks which I would've told her not to pay if I knew he was longer than the time they said they would be.
